It's not as great as it looks from the outside. I had never been, and the customer service was really poor, lacking any kind of welcoming space. No greeting at the door or this is how to order. Is this your first time. I was disappointed so I went to Mendocino Farms across the street

Used to Pay like 9 dollars for a half size salad. Same salad today was 14 dollars. Abusing the public will take you nowhere. Never again will buy there

For a place with .com in its name, it's really weird to not be able to pay digitally. The only place I've been to in West Hollywood that doesn't take Apple pay in a long time.Not to mention that the store shelves and such pretty much just resemble an old bodega. Does it modern drink cabinet up front by the window to get you to come in The once you're inside it's just a dingy mini Ralph's with far less selection.

I recently found out they were charging my husband for a mask every time he forgot his but every time I went in they would give it to me for free. Thought that was really weird.. Only giving 2 starts because I do end up needing to buy a few things every now & then and it is convenient. Most items are priced more expensive than other grocery stores. The workers are usually nice only had a problem with one and they clearly were having a bad day. They do have a decent selection of things but if you don't feel like paying extra I'd just go to the grocery stores down the street.

I love my local Yummy delivery service! I order groceries from them 1-2 times a week and they're always here so quickly! My order is always correct, and the delivery guys are so nice! They deliver right to my apartment door! I like the unique selection of products they offer, and also their fresh cookies are crazy good. :) Thanks!

Delivery is TERRIBLE. It takes them 15 minutes to answer the phone and 90% of items are out of stock. The sandwiches are low quality. They claim to have 30 minute delivery which is NOT TRUE. I have been waiting OVER an hour and a half for my order. I could have gone to the store and came back faster. I called to check in on my order and they did not answer the phone for 20 minutes, which is when the driver finally showed up. It sounds like this store has a SERIOUS management issue. They overload the delivery drivers and have NOBODY to answer the phone. The stock is constantly low. Please use instacart or a different grocery delivery service.

I love love LOVE this Yummy store and delivery service. Oh man they save me every weekend when I want food without the hassle of going to Rock & Roll Ralphs or TJs and everything those trips entail. Delicious amazing products - everything under the sun - delivered straight to your door while you melt into your comfy couch waiting? Yes please, and thank you! These guys are GREAT!

I guess it depends on a day when they deliver. I ordered today and had my order in 20 min. Also was able to get a hold of the place from the second time to make sure I have contactless delivery. Put the tip under my front door rug for the driver. So all good, will order again and hope will have no problem

I have been waiting for well over an hour... "Deliver in about thirty minutes" Uh. no. I waited on hold for fifteen minutes to talk to the "store" , got fed up. I ordered frozen foods. I am worried. I will have to probably challenge the charge on my AMEX. It seemed like a good idea at the time. Phooey.

Ever since the virus and lockdowns, this place has been absolutely useless. When you place an order, you will get no receipt, no confirmation, nothing. We tried calling probably 20 times over the course of the three hours we waited on our food. No response no acknowledgement, nothing. We ended up having to order takeout. Then the delivery guy showed up (about 3 1/2 hours late) with the food as we were eating our meal lol. Thanks yummy and good effort as usual from this locations manager. If you are running that late is it not courtesy to give the client a call? Why take on new orders if you cannot even handle answering phones of the orders you already have? Hopefully the some of newly unemployed members of society can replace this location with competent management.

Hey I Yummy has dropped the ball multiple times with my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. They lie about delivery, they steal your money,and the people are the rudest. Yummy has not given me a refund even though they charged my account and never delivered my order. I've tried calling but they never pick up the phone which they blame on Covid 19. I showed up to prove to them they charged me without delivery, the Asian guy in charge did not care. He just kept lying over and over.I'm a disabled person that relies on businesses like yummy. Yummy should be ashamed stealing from someone disabled during a time like this.If yummy can't keep up with demands and phone calls they should shut down until they have enough help. This seems to be a constant problem after reading everyone's reviews.

I have used them for two plus years. Since the virus they never answer phones, you have no idea is your order is or will processed and there is no communication. One day I placed an order. I hit submit and nothing - just nothing. No auto message nothing. Again I use this service weekly for years as I never cared for going to the market. The other day a driver shows up many hours after I attempted an order. He explained "its a mess since the stores get the inventory before we do". Today I placed an order - can't tell if it went through. Called the store and you get a message to try later. All circuits are busy or it just rings and rings Right now I am wondering if I go to the store or will they charge me 80 dollars for the few items they have in stock. Someone needs to replace them or they need more staff. Very disappointing

The first two orders went smoothly but now on third.....I get a text from driver that he/she will be here in 5 minutes....waited, waited waited and had to make one quick escape form house, returned in 15 to get a text that said they tried twice to deliver and my delivery was cancelled! Then I can't get anyone on the phone to check if my order was cancelled. Meanwhile my credit card is being charged.
