While the place could look better, their service was adequate. I just went there to drop off some dead batteries. The employees were very helpful with that. And they helped me sign up with their rewards program. I thought that was nice of them. I haven’t used my rewards yet, but will definitely use it when I need something.

After visiting another Staples location (century blvd) on easter to do a return and being told that the “systems” were down and being given every excuse not to give me customer service regarding my return, I finally came to this location that was completely out-of-the-way for me.
Fortunately, when I got to this location, Angie/Anjie saw that I needed help and took really good care of me, she processed my return and gave me excellent customer service. I’m so happy that Staples employs a great employee at this location.

Leonard Williams of the Westchester, California is an absolute gem! He listened to our techs issues, and suggested options, making him a top notch problem solver. He was readily available and provided us great service, letting us know of his progress every step of the way and was able to provide turnaround times that more than satisfied our expectations. He explained his work, addressed any concerns that we had and was a pleasure to deal with!

This Staple location is always clean and neat. The floor staff are friendly and helpful. Their prices are competitive and I like their rewards program. Without a doubt I would recommend Staples for your office/household/gift card, etc. needs!

The Staples rewards program apparently requires that I download and use the Staples app. I have NO interest in polluting my phone with the Staples app, so it looks like I'll be unable to use the reward points. If Staples made it so that I can use reward points at the in-store point of sale -- i.e., have my rewards points visible and available to the cashier after I login to my account at the register -- I might change my evaluation.

My go to spot for any last minute items that I can’t get from Amazon in time. The price points here are fair and there is plenty of free parking out front. The employees are always helpful. One time a lady brought out a ladder to help me retrieve some shipping labels that they keep out of easy reach.
I’ve been here to grab printing paper, and cables for my printer to hook up to a computer. They have chargers for any kind of phone or tablet.
You can sign up for rewards points that are redeemable in-store or online. They offer subscription services to items online too.
I’ve come by to get business cards printed and they do a great job.
Also there are plenty of snacks at checkout and fun pens that are hard to pass on!
