They now will only use a notary for documents that have Wells Fargo on it. I have a mortgage with them and they wont notarize my quick claim deed to put in a trust I have with them.

An available teller looks up at me, smiles, & walks away when I needed assistance to withdraw money from the indoor ATM, & denies service, on the 2nd attempt to withdraw money I was successful doing it without there help

Camille was a huge huge help setting up a bank account. We definitely didn’t make her job easy, but she consistently tried to figure out ways to help us. We have been trying to set up a bank account for what feels like eternity, but she was able to help us do it in an hour. THANK YOU CAMILLE!! :)

Terrible service. Super slow and not enough people working. I stood first in line and waited for 20 minutes. No offer to open another window. I could have driven to another branch and been home before I got helped at this location. AVOID!

First time and just left. The employees here were on top of things, courteous and professional. I didn't have to wait long at all and big thank you to Alex for making this experience a great one. Also didn't realize how big this location is!

I came to request a letter for immigration purpose, where the bank officer only has to print a letter as a proof of account verification stating the balance. And the banker is like we can’t do that, we have never done that. The same institution created a letter few months back and just so they can get rid of customer they are saying they can’t. Funny part was the guy made up the wait times. I understand they have appointment booked ahead but this one was straight up lie as the guy before me left for him he had waited the guys said will take an hour but for me it would take more than 2 hours.I have been banking with them since they were Wachovia this is the first time I have experienced such unhelpful customer service.Who without properly understanding is straight ready to reject the request.Worst banking experience at Wells Fargo

Everyone is always very nice, but every time I've been in there since the pandemic started, tellers are not wearing their mask properly. If it does not cover your nose, the mask is not doing anything. If you have to keep adjusting your mask to cover your nose, please buy a new mask. We all want to stay safe and the CDC says a mask that covers ones mouth and nose helps lessen the spread of COVID-19. THANK YOU!

Wow! I've been banking with these guys for a couple of years for my small business. I applied for a PPP loan and got REJECTED. But, they give all the loans to the big companies instead of smaller family companies like mine. I signed up with this bank a couple of years after the big loan scandal thinking these guys are going to try to redeem themselves and give exceptional service and than they pull this bullcrap
