I used to love the short lines and friendly employees here. Sadly, BoA has used the pandemic as an excuse to close local branches. OPEN THIS LOCATION BACK UP YOU RICH FAT CATS!!!!

I truly wouldn’t know how this Bank of America is… because it has been closed the last three times I have tried to use it! People need a bank on Saturday… people need a bank past 4PM…Additional info about 2 months later:Finally got into the bank to get help and was sent to a different location because they couldn’t help me with my specific request.I also would like to add that I have called 4 times in an hour during business hours and no one has answered.Update: says “open” online and their automated hours when you call says they are open. Went to the location, closed until January 17th.This bank… is useless.

The service at this branch makes you want to go to the DMV to experience customer-centric service. Seriously. I came to this location to deposit a check. The gentleman in front of me must own a laundromat because he had six huge bags of quarters to deposit. He also had checks and cash. It was obvious his transaction was going to be time consuming. So, the teller was busy with the customer. The thing is, there was another woman behind the counter, sitting down, observing the transaction. The customer was informing the working teller that other BOA branches don't scan all of the checks. He was pretty stuck on this, and he kept repeating it. The teller told him "I'll give you my business card and you can have them call me" (presumably BOA management?). Finally, the second employee stood up all aggressively and asked the customer "would you like to terminate your transaction". She was mad. I was passively watching this unfold, wondering why the now standing employee wasn't offering to help me. Nooo... she retreated, thought the better of it, and started dumping the quarters into BOA bags and filling out some forms. After all of the quarters were re-bagged, the woman simply walked away from the service counter into a passageway, leaving the other teller still working with Mr. Quarters. Oh, he left his ATM card in his car and had to go to the parking lot to get it. By this time, another customer joined the line. I finally got to deposit my check... 20 minutes after arriving at the counter.

Had a great experience there. I would say the best experience I have ever had visiting a bank. Relationship manager Lindsay Foster was so helpful that made the visit so pleasant.

This must be a training facility, but dang, they do try hard - upped their game since they last opened. Location is convenient - in and out on Lindero, just north of TO Blvd. Safe to go there now and zero lines. Phew!

Good place, just sitting beside Dunkin' Donuts, with ample parking space. Well lighted facade.
