I can't speak highly enough of Christian and his team. I've entrusted them with two "projects” for my VW and each time they've been incredibly accommodating and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Had a dead battery in my 2019 Mini Cooper. AAA came out and were going to put in a battery but I called Christian at CSMotorwerks. He talked to the AAA guy and determined that he didn’t have the right battery for my car. AAA gave me a jump and I drove right over to CSM. Christian got me the correct battery and did all the tech things you have to do with computerized cars these days. I was back on the road in no time. CS Motorwerks (love the German spelling) does first-rate work at a fair price. They always come in close to the estimate and finish repairs promptly. They’re thorough and honest, and they’ll let you know which repairs can wait for another day and which can’t. The first time I brought my Bimmer here, for a new radiator, they sent me to the BMW dealer because it was covered under a special warranty I didn’t even know I had. Trust me, you can trust these guys with your Bimmer and your pocketbook.Services: Transmission

Christian is the most honest mechanic. I took my car to Bob Smith BMW/Mini for an oil change. They told me my thermostat needed to be replaced ($2100) as well as my stabilizer linkage ($569). I made an appointment for this morning. Took the car in. Just got a call said in his professional opinion nothing is wrong with either and to come pick up the car whenever I want. How's that for awesome?!I will be recommending him to everyone I know. Thanks Christian!

Christian and Rick are very honest. They don't sell you on work you don't need. Christian is up front with you and you will know what it's going to cost to have your vehicle back on the road, soon. Less cost than the stealership. Same quality, factory, OEM parts (or better). I have been going here for years for all my service/repairs and never had a problem. Why waste your money elsewhere?!Services: Transmission
