Customer service was good, lack of Quality Assurance to double check the repairs. After replacing front bumper; the horn did not work. Found this out trying to avoid a parking lot accident 2 days afterwards.Prior to repair, driving 25-30 mph car did not 'drift' in the lane, afterwards it did.Have to return to the repair site (half a day) so they can verify these issues. Schedule repair ( ? days). Employers love this :(

Hannah, Nancy, and Amir all work well as a team. Excellent Communication within the company and with clients. Inspection and ordering of parts done in a timely manner. My car was completed quickly, within 1 day after receiving the new parts, and was returned to me much more quickly than originally estimated. Amir was a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Caliber, for hiring such great employees!

Great experience with Caliber at this location. All information was tracked and unexpected repairs were notified. Car rental was smooth and easy with this repair shop. Body work turned out excellent almost like new with minimal differences seen on installation of replacement parts. I wish I knew about this body shop before.

We had our vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision in Westlake Village after being rear ended by another driver. My vehicle went in for just a side view, mirror and small scratches and small dents to the right side door when I picked it up. The paint job showed a lot of “orange peel”. I left it there for a week went back after another week and it still had one section that had orange peel. I will never use this place ever again.Service: Painting
