Their work is top notch and I would certainly go back when I have another car. Tyler kept me updated on the process via texts and pictures. Matt was great and so was Stacy. “I have been to Elite Express Carwash many times. I have their unlimited monthly plan which means I am there often! Having two young children, my car gets messy and dirty quite a bit so I love having the flexibility of going in as many times as I want with the plan! The location is convenient as it is right off the highway. In addition, they have plenty of vacuum stalls - no matter how busy the carwash has been, I have always been able to access a stall. Five years ago I moved to a studio without a garage with my brand new Nissan Rouge in Simi Valley across from a hillside...everyone knows how much & how often the wind blows in Simi. YIKES! Hugo made that engine look brand new again! Including the inside & out. He comes to your location, brings all his own equipment & supplies including his own water. He's professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to communicate with. He did a fantastic jog! I highly recommend.”

Joey gave me the details and went above and beyond waxing and detailing our 25' Class C Winnebago. I wish I took some before pictures because our rig was full of bugs!! We drove from the west coast to the east coast and back and didn't clean the RV till now. And to say it was dirty is an understatement. Joey exceeded our expectations and now he is on speed dial as we are going to keep this rig waxed 3 times a year now! He ensured that my car was not only thoroughly detailed-- but also personally oversaw and participated in the final inspection! The car looks awesome and I am completely satisfied with the results! I cannot recommend this place enough--- they are honest and thorough. The inside waiting room is so comfortable and outdoor patio furniture is so comfortable. Their concierge Greta is so kind and customer- centric-- the whole experience is 10/10. I will only take my cars to Lavaggio-- I drove all the way from Toluca Lake to Agoura Hills and it was worth every minute I travel time and every penny. But I needed to get a car smogged and tried them out with a coupon as a bonus. In short, while the outdoor waiting area is not too comfortable, the service is quick, efficient and reasonable. If you ask for a certain wash they will usually offer the next best one at a discount which is nice. I will say that sometimes there are still a couple spots outside and things could be cleaned better. But overall they do a good job. And now it says they will email you a $5 coupon for reviews, so here goes.”
