When I drove my car in, I met Andy who was very direct and blunt (in a funny way); it cracked me up. He was super efficient and smog check was done really quickly. “Kelly is such an honest person and pleasant to speak to. We get all our tires taken care of there and prices are always reasonable and i have never had a bad experience! I had a blow out on the 101 and I pulled off the exit ramp which lead to them. They ordered my tire and took care of everything quickly with efficiency.”
“I called ST Performance after I bought my 4runner. It needed a few repairs including valve cover gaskets, front differential replacement and general maintenance. Adam (the boss) is a great man. I told him I needed it by a certain date and Sam and Adam worked day and night to make sure they got me on the road with a safe 4runner days before the due date. This was on just a few days notice and they made time for me even though they have other clientele to attend to.These are some of the hardworking and honest mechanics I have dealt with. That is why I will for sure be using them for all my cars and recommend anyone in the LA county or Ventura county to check out ST Performance.”

“I went to O'Gara to look at a Lamborghini Urus SUV. The vehicle was quite stunning, and the price was right for the vehicle. I was helped by Richard, who guided me throughout the whole process. One of my main concerns with the process was never owning a Lamborghini before, but he made everything simple. He handled everything so fast and quickly, and he even showed up to my house 1 1/2 hours away to sign the paperwork! Talk about great service! “I’m writing this review to let you know that Shaver Automotive group made my purchasing a new Jeep an absolute joy.Dylan who is the salesman was patient he wasn’t pushy. He answered all my questions he had the right answer for everything. I was a levity unsure with exactly what car I wanted and he went out of his way to allow me to test drive everyone. I still wanted to shop around so I went to a different jeep dealership on van nuts and the salespeople there were awful They were the opposite the shaver family. Which I decided to return to and I’m so glad I did. Tommy and his brother Danny went so far and beyond what I could have asked for. Tommy is a wonderful man who kept me updated each step of the way. He got me a deal that made me very happy. I know he had to work at getting me the loan I wanted because I was asking for a lot and didn’t have a lot to offer as of not the best score or credit history or a ton of money to put down. But Tommy worked his magic and now it hopes. Now I’m sitting here with an outstanding Jeep on amazing terms and I just had to write this review because if anyone is looking to get a new cars have automotive in Thousand Oaks ca. is the place to go They all treat you like a family member would with so much love , caring and understanding.
