I absolutely love the quality and customer service of this company. Tim the owner is lovely as is his staff especially the awesome Sonia who always goes out of her way to help with orders. I have used their collections in several homes and just love it!!

After ordering from a online seller of Coastal Bronze hardware ,I realized a week before my installation date that the seller goofed up and I got sent the wrong latch. Unable to get through to the online seller, I contacted Coastal Bronze directly. Gwen answered on my first call attempt. She was very helpful , very polite and knew exactly what to do. Tim called me back within the hour and happily resolved the problem with no questions asked. This is the way a company should be run! Thank you Gwen and Tim for outstanding service! I was very happy with the service that Tim provided to my wife and I. He was very helpful with the hardware selection and answered all my questions even though I was not very knowledgeable about bronze gate products. I was pleasantly surprised with the service since I was a homeowner with a small project. I would recommend Coastal Bronze to anyone who is looking for really nice gate hardware.
