Absolute worst experience ever when trying to transfer a medication prescription. I've been to this CVS 3 times in the last 2 weeks trying to get my medication transferred from Kaiser with NO success. I came into the store 2 times and spoke with 2 different people who said they would call and get the transfer complete. I go about my day thinking the meds will be filled to find out they haven't again. The last person I spoke with said they were on hold with Kaiser for 10 min and hung up, so now I've been without medication for a week and I'm extremely frustrated. I will not be coming here again

I usually only go to this CVS on Agoura Rd. Use my coupons all the time. Presented my 25% off full price coupon and the clerk told me all items I bought were on sale, so no 25% off. I was shocked and looked at the screen - saw that once he scanned my coupon, CVS reduced all of my items by cents each, making it appear that all were on sale. NONE were on sale but CVS avoided giving me $38 off the purchase and instead gave me between $.03 - $.08 cents for a savings of $1.38. This appears to be a money saving scam. I asked for the supervisor and she simply stated that all items were on sale because pennies were deducted. I am very disappointed with this seemingly new way to not honor coupons.

CVS really deserves 0 stars. My husband's doctor submitted an Rx for him yesterday. We got a text saying it can't be filled until 8/11/23. When I went to the store to inquire why I was told it was already billed and can't be (re)filled unless I wanted to pay the non-insurance price. I asked how this could be resolved and was told to ask the doctor to cancel the order and resubmit. The doctor's office confirmed they sent it to the Agoura Rd. store. I asked them to please cancel it but they told me CVS wouldn't do it. I asked them to please resubmit it to Burt's Pharmacy, which they did and I ended up paying the non insurance price. The amount paid wasn't a big deal but now CVS will get paid for a prescription which wasn't filled and therefore not picked up. I am done with CVS (not that they care) and will give my business to Burt's.

Workers on the floor are nice, but the registers were so rude because my dad used a 2 dollar cup-on and my dad is struggling as it is! My dad does his best bc my moms no longer with us! And is unemployed and laughing at my dad was not necessary

Worst pharmacy ever. Pharmacist "Ellie" should be fired. I got a notification that my prescription would be ready by November 6th, I even confirmed on November 5th with the pharmacy that it would be ready. On November 6th, at 7 am when the pharmacy opens, the worst pharmacist and rudest pharmacist by the name of "Ellie" seemed to be bothered that I asked her for my prescription. She said "if we told you the prescription would be ready, why isn't here?"... then told me it would take 45 minutes to fill, followed by "you can't pick it up untilNovember 8th"... then why do I have a message saying it will be ready November 6th? ... then, she came up with a new date that it would be ready "you can pick it up tomorrow... you have pills at home." This all involved her pointing her finger at me, yelling at me, and making up whatever she thought would get her out of having to fill my prescription. This woman should have her pharmacy license revoked.

The large heavyset woman behind the counter was giving me grief about asking for a bag after I paid because it was $0.10 for a bag. Despite me paying $40, the large heavyset woman decided to not give me the bag unless I had 10 cents. Girl... give me a break. It's not that serious. Could have just given me a bag so I didn't have to carry my things to the car. She really tried to ring me up for 10 cents after my transaction. I had a card and she saw that... girl are you really going to charge my card 10 CENTS? Bye this CVS is horrendous. To the large heavyset big woman behind the counter, find a new job where you don't have to interact with people. You truly were rude.

To cut to the chase: Unapologetically bad service without even a hint of recognition that they acted unprofessionally and nary a sign of an apology. If you know my reviews you know that I rarely write a bad one unless it is truly deserved; this is a deservedly bad review. I has scheduled a 7:00pm appointment to get a COVID booster. I received a text message at 6:55pm from CVS confirming my appointment and asking me to check in by clicking a link, which I did. I arrived at the pharmacy counter at 7 and was told the pharmacist was at lunch and I needed to come back in half an hour. Annoying, yes, but I like to give the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe there was a snafu between the online scheduler and this local branch. Pharmacist comes back at 7:30 (points for punctuality). "Are you the person who gives the COVID shots?""Yes. But the system is down. I can't do anything.""Was the system working at 7 when I was scheduled to have my shot?""At 7 it was working, but that's when I left."No, "I apologize for the wait," no "I apologize that the system scheduled you during my break," no "let me check other stores to see if their system is working."Nope. Just, "The system is down. I can't do anything."All I was looking for was an acknowledgement that something went wrong somewhere, but even that low bar was too high for this pharmacy employee. Personally, I've never liked CVS and only go there when there are no other options (kind of like how I feel about IHOP when hungry on a long road trip, it's 2 in the morning and passing by this freeway exit means I won't have another chance at food for the next 30 miles). So, I will now actively avoid CVS and drive to the next exit (to continue the metaphor).

Most associates at this location are nice and helpful, but the person who acts like a j*** and gets under my skin is the manager (Manny). I've been there a few times and whenever I've dealt with him, he is rude and unprofessional. Not at all what I would expect from a store manager. He should have left right along with that lady named Pam who was just as bad. Anyway, I like the store, as it always has what I need.

This is for the Pharmacy..I can understand being out of stock(#1), but not fixing or reporting the ongoing issue with texting (#2)when an RX is ready and then getting defensive(#3) about it, is not good business esp. When I don't live close by and am waiting for an RX or waiting for a text because it's the only way to set up a delivery without being on hold for 49 minutes then having them pick up and hang up(#4) the phone and then having to call back and wait another 30 minutes on hold to have them put it in to deliver it..Then they always say it's gonna be 3 days for delivery but if I do it on the app (when texting works), even after the RX has been filled, it's only 2days (all stores). And they blame it on the Post office.. No text? They blame it on the computer. And the man with the heavy accent (didnt get a name) that answers the Pharmacy phone is very rude and defensive and doesn't want to hear that they are the only store that doesn't text and tells me to go to another CVS then (when I explain the other stores' texting works).. don't worry I will..

Doesn't carry current issue of any newspaper. I was looking for the LA Times for a copy of my mother's obituary. This was very important to me.

It's a decent size CVS but doesn't have a lot of the items in stock. We had ordered a prescription and we were told to come there. At first they couldn't find it, but eventually did. Then we had to wait in line to get it. Mostly all CVS pharmacies look and feel the same -this one was no exception. Except without my prescription I wouldn't have gotten better and I was in town for a wedding (I had an earache)!

Wish I could give zero stars. How is it that every CVS Pharmacy has terrible reviews but they stay in business? This place is the absolute worst. There is no humanity or consideration with the employees here. They are souless empty robots. Can't wait for CVS to go out of business.

Worst pharmacy ever. I almost never take prescription drugs, but about a year ago I had a UTI and needed drugs urgently. They were the closest so had the rx sent there. They did not have the most common uti drug in stock! I was in agony and after a huge hassle I was able to transfer to rite aid. If you've had a uti, you know you want that drug. So fast forward a year or so, and I need a different 1x rx. I was out of state and just had them send the request to my closest cvs, forgetting the earlier debacle. So it's called in at 10:30 am. I call to check at 1:30. Am told they are behind but will expedite and ready in 30 minutes. They will text. Nothing comes. I call around 2:30 and hold for about 30 but have to drop for a meeting. 4:30 nothing, so I call and hold for about 20 minutes until I have to drop for a work call. A friend comes by, and still nothing at 7:30 when she leaves. I call and am on hold for 10 minutes then get in the car. Walk in, still on hold. I am behind a woman who is being told they only have 11 of her 30 pill rx. I ask the woman if they ever answer their phone since I'm now on hold 20 minutes and no one bothers to pick it up. My rx was ready (shocker) and after I picked it up, they sent me a text. Cya I'm sure. Only 6 hours after promised. Don't go there if you can avoid it. Terrible service.

This is the worst pharmacy i have ever been to, horrible customer service, they never have your prescriptions ready even it was sent in a month ago its actually ridiculous, they send you in circles to talk to all the different drop off and pick up windows just for your medication to be right there in your file. This happens every time i go in i usually have to go about 3 times till my prescriptions are ready they have no regard for your time at all you will be waiting for literally up to an hour it's awful do not send your prescriptions here.
