Rocky has helped my wife and I for our past 2 transactions. My wife and I just completed a reverse mortgage with Dignified Home Loans who was represented by Ariana Nicolau who is a Loan Officer and Reverse Specialist. I initially told Ariana that we chose her company to attempt creating a reverse mortgage based on the name of the company, “Dignified” and the trustworthy picture of her smiling face on the advertisement we received in the mail. If you are over 62 years old, you know you receive at least one reverse loan advertisement a day in the mail, so her personal appeal set Dignified apart from the mass mailers. All I can say is that our experience was the smoothest, most professional and easiest experience we’ve had with a financial transaction in 52 years of marriage. Adriana communicated with an immediate response to all our phone calls and emails requesting information. She organized and walked us through the counseling and appraisal requirements and covered all the costs that come along the way. It was a painless process and Ariana put an understanding, human face on what usually is a procedure that comes with trepidation. I highly recommend Ariana personally and Dignified as a company. Ariana is just the best. She was incredibly responsive during the escrow process, and always ready to answer any questions I had. As a first time homebuyer I felt completely taken care of and supported. Doing a home loan w/Dignified Home Loans was exceptional. They locked in a great rate and worked hard to get my loan to close within the 30 day time frame necessary.Fiona Brady worked with me throughout the loan procedure and she was wonderful and patient. Many signatures were accomplished electronically and the only time that I needed to meet with someone was to sign the loan documents. That was with a notary at my home.I would like to thank this company and recommend them.

I worked with Fiona Brady on a simultaneous refinance of two properties – primary residence and rental property. I’ve worked with a number of mortgage companies in the past and always felt bogged down with paperwork and hurdles that caused me to feel like the company was trying to make it hard to get the deal done – particularly if the goal was to lower my interest rate. That did not happen with Fiona. Throughout my experience, Fiona was prompt in response to questions, and clearly outlined all the paperwork we would need at the outset. There were very few: “And now I also need...” requests. More importantly, she was accurate. I thought it had to be standard practice for brokers to be hundreds of dollars off on their prediction of what my post-refinance payments would be, but now I know I was just with the wrong broker! Fiona’s projections were right on the money. Overall, even with two refinances going at once, It was as smooth, efficient, and easy a process as I could have hoped for. I have already recommended multiple friends, and I know she will take care of them as well. Great experience.

After contact many banks for refinance, I finally found the perfect company to do business with. Fiona went above and beyond to help me out at a speed I was hoping for. She got the job done within a month and I’ve been trying to get my refinance done for over 6 months with another company. This is the right company if you don’t wanna waste time and get your job done in the best manner.

It was a distinct pleasure doing business with dignified home loans. Our loan officer, Mr. Rocky Laucello, is a thorough gentleman, extremely knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to ensure that his clients are well taken care of. I was especially impressed with Rocky's diligence and resourcefulness in quickly securing key service-related documentation on my behalf from the US government, which is typically a frustrating endeavor. We were able to secure a refinance with lower rate and cash out with the help of great staff. Staff spoke in Spanish and explained the process so I understood.No obstacles can get in the way of finishing the process.
