The WORST service I've ever experienced. The manager Dana LaPierre is passive aggressive and sits on here phone having personal conversations while you sit in the lobby waiting for her assistant. The banker asks what you need help with then proceeds to sit down while having his personal phones headset on while watching TikToks as your waiting for the manager to assist you (he doesnt even explain whats going on because the videos he is watching takes precedence over a customer, you will need to ask whats happening after sitting there for 15 minutes hoping they have hired an employee with decent communication skill, nope!!). Absolutely no communication skills and constantly tells you to come back later. Why? How can you sit on personal calls or watch Tiktok videos while I sit in the lobby waiting for assistance from the two disconnected paid employees. You have no tellers and Absolutely no staff that wants to help. Take your money to a traditional bank. I would have rated it 0 or negative stars if Google would allow. This bank took my money and you will have the same situation too. No one care I even called corporate and they don't respond or even have a supervisor available to speak with. Very shady business. Beware and remember I told you so when it happens to you.

I came in needing banking assistance, although I am currently not a First Bank member. I encountered Dana LaPierre. Though she did not immediately know I was not a member, she was more than willing to go out of her way to assist me. Lynette, the virtual banker was Also equally kind and accommodating. Dana said if there is anything she could do to try to help, she would be willing. And I believe her as I experienced it. If I lived in this area, I would highly consider changing banks to work with such kind and attentive people. I recommend that you do!

Went through front door of WLV First Bank looking for a customer representative but found two men chatting in the lobby unmasked. I'm immunosuppressed so I left. When I called First Bank to inquire on the mask policy I was told " that's George he doesn't wear a mask in his office". Ok weird but then he's hanging out in the lobby completely oblivious to the safety and welfare of customers? Terrible representation of First Bank during this Omicorn surge we are all trying desperately to avoid. First Bank do better.

Since they have moved to Westlake blvd they no longer have tellers or cash. No safe deposit boxes. No reason for us to bank there any longer. Very disappointed.

I've been banking at First Bank in Westlake for many years and have always had a great experience. Everyone I've worked with has been and continues to be personable, professional, competent and interested in helping me take care of whatever business issue I'm dealing with. Also, people who've been there for a while always remember my name. I really like the small/intimate atmosphere and would recommend this bank and this branch to anyone looking for a personal touch.

The bank has just a few atm's, when cash deposits made in atm machine are not posted until 2 days later so they justified they 35 dollar fees, they do not open Saturdays, they close too early every day at 5pm while most of the banks close at 6pm. I personally wouldn't recommend any body to do business with this small bank. They keep moving from place to place to save money on rent but they don't help the customers.

Fees fees and you guessed it more fees. I opened multiple business accounts here and was hit with fees because I didn't make a deposit for the month. I received an email saying that the bank would not be charging any fees for that month because of the local fires. That being the case the manager still refused to waive the fees I was charged. I happily shut my account and will be taking my business elsewhere. As a side note this location is very outdated and borderline gross.

Robert at First Bank provides great customer service. This bank has a "small town" feel. They are friendly and caring, and make you feel as though you're the only customer they're dealing with.

Not good for business checking accounts. Extremely inconvenient along with hidden fees (Ex: Debit card fee, Non usage fees, Paper billing fees). Unless you plan on going to that particular bank once a month there are much more competitive options out there; however, they do have no minimums to open up a business checking account.

Will never go this branch again. So unprofessional and rude when you're standing there and the employee looks and you and doesn't acknowledge you. They don't care about their customers. Don't get it. If this happens again at any other branch I'm closing my accounts. So many others banks out there.

Went inside to get change for a $100 Bill. The female teller with no personality said she wouldn't do it for me unless I had an account. There were no other customers. Went to Chase down the street and the teller said with a big smile "It would be my pleasure to change that for you". Im opening a business and know which Bank I will be opening an account with!
