They won't cancel you. Been months and I can't cancel service...I don't even live there anymore! Returned equipment but they keep billing me even though I spoke to 5 different people who said they cancelled it.Their service is a joke!

It would take too long to say all the reasons I hate frontier. Poor customer service, moronic AI, poor internet service, etc etc etc. Really everything sucks about them.

The internet is good and the guy who installs in Malibu is great. But, when I closed my account and moved out of the area, I never received a final bill or a courtesy call, email, or text, Instead, Frontier sent my bill to a credit collector. I paid every month on time, and for one $94 bill, they felt it was ok to damage a customer's credit before trying to reach out directly to settle up the last invoice. They lost a customer for life.

Frontiers horrible service is the worst available. Their internet is sketchy, constantly goes out and their service is the worst. After wanting to cancel they charge you more fees and it's so hard to cancel. It's ridiculous they are thieves. Do not get anything from them. I recommend going anywhere but frontier
