Somehow Gelson's in WLV really upped their game. They stock many more "healthy" items, as well as the deli featuring more olive and less canola oil in their offerings. They also increased their organic produce! Wifey complains that they don't have yogurt from 100% grass fed cows, so there is obviously room for improvement. But she loves their branded still water, which they ran out of because she bought over 50 bottles! Will be back for more...

Deli employees were so rude when I was asking what a few menu items were. High end grocery store with low end quality employees.

You have a wonderful store. I am shopping at your store for years and I felt the same way every time I shop there I buy more than I did because you were store so appealing.

The produce and bakery are top quality. The meat department is the only place I buy meat. The staff is friendly, helpful and polite.

My experience has been amazing when I go shop at Westlake Village Gelson’s. Their Deli, Bakery And Produce Department is second to none. Amazing Customer Service by Produce Clerk Lazaro. Thank you Gelsons.

Is it just me that totally feels Gelsons has totally went down here. I mean the roof in the prepared food/wine/bar still isn't fixed. I for one thought that was totally fix after a couple of yrs ago. In which they are still more expensive side of things. As opposed to Vons, Ralph's, Sprouts, Lassens, Amazon Fresh. Technically the quality is still good with prepared sandwiches from the deli case.

The deli sandwiches really suck now .. and the salad bar is 6/10 bummed used to be my favorite place.

No scale near the salad bar area so I may measure the weight of my meal...I have to walk the entire store to produce to weigh or wait for the Deli crew to be available to do it (They are very accommodating but wait time varies)

Good stuff and better people. Little pricey but I like to support a good so-cal started company! Great meat and seafood!

The bakery was half gone before 4pm and the prices on the cookies is outrageous. Other than that the store is very nice, clean and well organized.

Every visit to Gelson's is memorable. My mother began shopping at the Century City location when it first opened in 1971. The shelves are all beautifully stocked and everyone from the bagging people to the store managers are friendly and helpful. I can trust that the produce is always fresh. No finer bakery than Benes!

I've only been there for viktor benes bakery but decided to do some grocery shopping since I had a "spend $50, get $15 off" credit. This market is no better than a typical albersons, vons or ralphs in terms of selection (possibly even worse) and everything is overpriced on the exact same items you can get at a better market like Bristol Farms, Sprouts or Trader Joes. Gelsons Markets are stuck in the 90s and it's amazing they're still around considering the other options that are available. Erewohn prices with a typical generic vons type of food selection.

The meat is top quality. And the fruits and veggies are fresh.
