We drove here from San Fernando Valley to meet with Debbie to open a business checking and savings account. The Lake Balboa branch had no open appointments. Luckily the Thousand Oaks branch had a spot open. Drove here on a Friday afternoon and we had such a great banking experience with Debbie, it was worth the drive. My siblings and I were so very pleased with Debbie. She was very knowledgeable, she was very thorough, very fast, boom boom boom... she confirmed and verified everything to avoid any misspellings and mistakes. She is very pleasant to do business with. We will definitely be recommending her and Chase to family, friends, colleagues, and other business associates. We love her!!

I came in on Saturday 15 minutes before the bank closed at 2 PM. I needed to have a notary form done as well as wanted to fill out a form to assign a beneficiary on multiple accounts. I was told I didn't have they didn't have anyone who could help me because it was too close to closing. The guy said they were closing in two minutes yet it was 1:45. They also wanted to set up a future appointment for the next week. Really Chase? To notarize one form? It shouldn't be that difficult.... Not impressed with this branch and won't be back. I've had my money with Chase for a long time. Perhaps a change is an order....

Horrible customer service and a total waste of time even if you make an appointment and go down there they'll tell you that there's nothing they can do to help you.They say call this number or use this email, Even on a business account! They could have called me and told me that instead of wasting all my time, Thanks!Unbelievable and Unacceptable!They're just a useless bunch of people at this branch and many others. Moving on to a credit union.

J.P. MORGAN CHASE IS ILLEGALLY FREEZING ACCOUNTS AND STEALING CONSUMERS MONEY. On April 20th 2021 my accounts were frozen and closed without notice due to receiving a loan. And they were frozen because of David Berthet the Vice President chase branch manager alerted the fraud department because when I came in to withdraw those funds, he "assumed" that I was fraudulent. I had that account for over 4 years with no issues. And David Berthet didn't bother to check that. As of May 18th 2021, J.P Morgan chase bank refuses to give me back my PERSONAL FUNDS. Claiming I need to show proof that I have a legit business in order to receive my PERSONAL FUNDS back. Here's my question, why does anyone need to show proof to any bank, that they have a legit business in order to receive there personal funds back!? There contract states THAT CHASE BANK CAN ONLY HOLD ON TO CONSUMERS PERSONAL FUNDS FOR 10 DAYS. So where are my personal funds? Chase bank loves freezing accounts, it's all over YouTube and Reddit of thousands and thousands of consumers robbed of there money from chase. There appears to be a pattern with this bank. Chase is using this maneuver to use consumers funds without paying interest. DO THE MATH. They like to appear like they are a legitimate commercial bank, but they really are like a mafia. And they simply are con artists. THEY LIKE TO SAY THAT THEY ARE HELPING SBA FIND FRAUDSTERS. BUT THERE IN TROUBLE FOR FRAUD THEMSELVES. It's all online. STAY AWAY FROM CHASE BANK AND IF YOUR AFRICAN AMERICAN STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK AND DAVID BERTHET.

I don't think this is a real bank. I've called them at least 10x over a period of several days and no one answers or returns messages. This location must be an error. Don't waste your time.

I am always so happy with my bank they always take care of me and have my best interest in mindNot to mention every person and they're always very niceI'm complementing right now because I've gone into other banks recently and no one else offers hand sanitizer or wipes their tables and pens down like Chase Bank. They always have their customers health and best interest in mindAnd that is very important to me especially during this pandemic time.Thank u Chase!!
