for starters there was no pedicure chairs. then there is many stations but only two people working. when i was having my acrylic soaked, she filled up a bowl with acetone. after she was done taking the acrylic off, i told her that there was still acrylic on my nail and she kept telling me to wash my hands. then when she was painting my nails with a clear top coat, to dry my hand she used a mini desk fan. not a uv lights, a desk fan. after i was done and was waiting for my mom to be done, she was arguing with another lady telling her that she had to take her own nails off. to which the lady said she had to go. don’t recommend going there.

I walked by the salon and there was no one in there but one client....she asked me what I needed and I said a manicure....she said they were too busy...I believe if I would have told her a gel manicure and a pedicure that she would most likely have had time!Won't be going there again!I'll make sure that I tell all my clients about this place!???

I walked into this completely empty salon and requested a pedicure. The lady inside very politely told me that they only accept cash and checks. Since I only had credit/debit cards, she pointed me to a bank down the street which had an ATM and said she would "wait for me". I proceeded to walk to the bank and came right back. However, this time there were two women having their nails manicured. When I walked back in, the same (this time "not so polite") woman very flippantly said "we're busy now". When I reminded her that she told me she would "wait for me", she unapologetically and somewhat rudely said "come back in an hour or so". I now understand the low rating and will never return.

New to the area, walked in and told “I am busy” while pointing around. That was it, not a “you can wait… you can make an appointment, not a sorry”. Won’t be trying this one again.

These ladies are great. Mani/Pedi $35.00. Tammy and Kim did a great job and are the sweetest. It is not a fancy place and they don't have the big fluffy chairs but you get a great experience and a great mani/pedi for a good deal. They will make you feel like you are valued as a customer.Services: Polish removal

Everything started out well. They were enthusiastic and listened to my concerns. That’s when things went downhill. They had other people show for service and started rushing through my service and even jumped up and left my nails unfinished to start someone else’s manicure. He used a rough filing board on the nails of my hand… the type used on hard toes nails and tore up my beautiful natural nails in and effort to rush. My rounded nails are now misshapen jagged nails. The gel polish peeled off the next day with no impact or damage to cause this. Through the clear gel you can see the portions of my prior manicure that was left behind. He tried to cover it by building heavier coats of clear gel rather than fixing it. The polish on my toes after 1 hour still did not dry and wiped right off. It felt like there was oil mixed with the polish… probably not wiped off well after pedicure. I can honestly say this was the worst manicure I have ever received. Definitely not worth the $70 I paid.Services: Gel manicures

I was greeted by a very kind lady who's. Customer service was superb the lady even gave me a cup of water. I had a pedicure and my feet feel great I will definitely be back I highly recommend! ?

Love Tammi at this salon. Do a great job for a reasonable price. Kim is always welcoming and tries to get me in when I need to have my nails done.

I've never been so disappointed with a business without even going to the place first. I called this morning and asked if they had an available appointment for 11am. She asked what I needed? I said a fill. She asked if I had gel on, I said yes. She then asked "how will you pay?" cash? credit? check? I asked if it mattered? She said ok, ok, you can come now? I said no I will go at 11 because it's my lunch break. But I will not be going there. She already it made it seem like she was going to do rush work and I've never been asked how I will pay before. I immediately called somewhere else and they were the complete opposite so sweet and not pushy at all. Maybe better phone service will get you more customers.

The place is a curious anomaly along Thousand Oaks Boulevard, like a scene from Apocalypse Now. . . I was mostly worried that I would leave with some kind of infection. The owner, a Vietnamese woman, is very pushy and kept yelling commands to the poor women who work there. I cannot recommend this business.
