Cleanliness: As a former esthetician who was a stickler about cleanliness and sanitation, I highly approve of the cleanliness factor at Milan Nails. I won’t go anywhere else.
Stylist: Kim is my nail technician and I am so grateful for her talent, her wonderful attention to detail and her sweet kind demeanor.

This is my all time favorite nail salon the owner Helen is just amazing and it’s such a great environment. I have been coming here for over 5 years and not once have I had a bad experience with the employees. 10/10 recommend they are very accommodating to your needs. They also do a great job at doing mani pedis, dip powder, bio gel, gel and much more. Everything is great!!!

Been there having my nails done for many years now. It was Lily's nails salon then, I happened to be creatures of habit, I don't like changes. I find Milan nail salon staff are very accommodating and very pleasant to their clients. Helen, Tom, Tonya and Kim just such wonderful people. They treat me like a family, not just a clientele.

The lady who did my nails was very careful and she took her time and asked me if i liked everything before she did it. My gel x lasted 7 weeks without lifting. Great Quality. I've already gone back for more. Price is right

Just spent $130 to get my nails done and I'm not even smiling. I don't get my nails done very often, and this was such a bad experience I see that I'm better off not. First, all the technicians laughed at me for not understanding them. It wasn't nice. Second, I made an appointment for dip and was pressured to get gel. I HATE the way the gel looks, it is so thick and one of my nails isn't even well shaped. Also the gel procedure made my hand burn I actually said Ow Ow several times. And lastly I came in requesting a nail repair, my tech told me she "knows how to fix that" but she just cut my nail off completely, like yes, I can also cut off my entire nail myself. I don't like this place and it's too bad because it's the closet salon to me. I don't think I deserve I get to laughed at and upsold because I don't come in very often. Like I only deserve respect and the service I requested if I'm a frequent customer? I'm giving 2 stars because my toes look very cute.

Excellent mani-pedi. Best leg, foot, hand and arm massages. Love the spa chair, hot water, and back rollers. My pedi takes a month with regular polish, manicures are best in gel polish. Cuticles and shaping nails perfect.

Pathetic customer service. I always book for pedicures and request the same therapist. Twice I arrive on time twice they give my consultant to someone else. Very bad work ethic. Very shoddy service

Was in the area and I wanted to stop by for a simple manicure. I could not finish the manicure. Who ever was doing my manicure was absolutely rough, to the point I was bleeding from my cuticles. Not ok or safe!

From the moment I stepped through the door I felt welcomed and cared for! I got a regular pedicure and a dip powder manicure. They both came out lovely. The team even stayed later after closing to make sure I was all taken care of. I will definitely be returning!Services: Dip powder

Soooo slow and the last two times I’ve gotten gel pedis, they didn’t cure them properly and they were “wet” for days. Meaning, when I wore shoes, it messed them up. Some of the techs can also be rough. I’ve left bleeding a few times.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but felt that I needed to share my experience after my appointment today. I have come here many times and every technician has left my cuticles scabbed and scarred from mistakes with tools that have made me bleed. It has only improved since I have begun communicating the issue before every appt. My mother and I came into the nearly empty salon at 9:00am this morning for a pedicure and gel manicure. We don't ask for anything specific or particular, we are very simple. The technicians including the owner had started on my mother's and my service. Two girls with appointments had come in, and the owner ordered the technicians to stop their work and start on the other girls nails. After 2 hours of waiting with half our polish removed, one girl stopped her manicure service about halfway through because the technician had not done a good job and she felt bad for my mother and me. The owner did my mothers nails, failed to cure all of the gel polish, and threw my mothers hands around the entire time. She spent probably 15 minutes total on my mother's hands. The owner then did my pedicure. She was so distracted that she left scrapes all over my ankles and legs when she used the sponge. Spent probably 15 minutes on my pedicure. When it was my turn to move over to the manicure table, the owner aggressively hit my arm as to signal for me to get up. Most of my nails had to be redone several times by my technician. I went home with bulky, botched gel nails with flooded cuticles. My mother and I were polite about the entire ordeal, but there was no apology from anyone. My mother left at noon and I left at 12:30. There are worse problems in the world, but I can't get that time back.

Glad to have found this place! Tonya was warm, pleasant, and thoughtful about her work. She checked in with me at each stage of the gel manicure to make sure we were both happy at the end. I especially liked that she limited her use of the nail drill, which usually hurts my nails. I also liked that the talking in the shop was soft and limited. It definitely helped me relax more. I will certainly come back, thank you!
