The 90 minute facial consisted more of a massage. Had I wanted a massage I would have gladly scheduled and paid for one no problem. I would not recommend this site for facials.

Last massage therapist was terrible. Manager, Tanya is aggressive and not customer friendly. Will not allow me to speak to franchise owners Becky Leehey or Kelly Hoyman. They have been charging my credit card monthly for over two years and due to the pandemic I have only been able to have one massage. I now have 23 massages I am giving up as I must use within 90 Days as they will not allow me to run them off with my wife at the same time. ONE STAR RATING IS TOO HIGH

I was coming here for awhile, seeing Chelsea, and the massages were amazing. Also had a couple other therapists and the massages were good. The low stars are not about the therapists but about the difficulty in communication via the phone and email with the spa. I had several calls that were directed to email, which was never answered. I had put my account on hold, paying $10 a month because I was unable to use the massages I had acquired, and was assured that I could call when I wanted to use them and resign up. This was after a lot of follow up on my end, about half of my emails were ignored. And it lapsed long enough for them to charge me for another massage (which they did reverse). Recently, I learned that they just cancelled my membership, I couldn't use the accrued massages, and never got an email back. Remembering how difficult it was to get responses, I didn't want to put more energy into.

Love this place! The therapists are great and the front staff is always friendly. They don't try to upsell you too much and make you feel like you're a friend as opposed to a client and I always look forward to my next massage here.

Stella was amazing! She listened to my concerns, focused on problem areas, even the ones I didn’t know about, was very thorough and fun. She really loves her job and it shows! Great experience! She will be my therapist going forward!

Massage Heights will hold hostage, any unused hours that you have paid for, if you choose to discontinue purchasing new credits. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the State of California Attorney General about illegal business practices (taking away products or services that have already been paid for) and are asking for class action consideration.

The prices they charge a very reasonable. The staff is very accommodating, well organized and professional. The treatments are very relaxing and they know how to get the "kinks@ out.

A good place for a great massage to relieve the stress in your body and mind, Stella's fabulous and I've been a customer for over a year or so. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Trying to get a hold of the owner after an extremely poor experience with the manager. I am disappointed and shocked at the treatment I received. I had just had a massage and was on cloud nine. Very calm and very sleepy from the wonderful massage that I had. In fact I was looking forward to actually getting a six month membership as I thought I had already fulfilled my obligation to them (based on what an employee had promised me.) Had I been treated with kindness and respect or even a little understanding I would've just agreed to the term or gotten a new membership. But the manager was so rude, so condescending so unwilling to listen/work with me it was appalling. When I kindly asked her not to speak to me this way and let her know she shouldn't treat her customers like this, she got even more rude. I explained that maybe the employee was confused and gave me misinformation but she told me I was the one who was confused. She was wailing her arms around and yelling at me so at that point I told her I wouldn't be back. She was literally fuming and I could not understand why she was getting so heated with me instead of just trying to work with me on a solution. When I left I told her I would have to speak with the owner about her behavior and she said, "PLEASE!!" So that's what I'm trying to do is speak to the owner about this. If there is a camera in there and they were to see the playback they would be just as shocked as I.

I was so happy that Massage Heights opened back up I renewed my membership and scheduled a massage with Ivan. My sister and I both go to Ivan for 90 minute massages and this ye I added the hot stone which was incredible. Ivan finished with leg stretches which feel great and help with out back issues. If Ivan is unavailable we go to Nick who also gives a fantastic massage. Both my sister and I signed up for a membership when they first opened and we got a small family discount. The service has remained friendly and professional.

I've been coming to Massage Heights for over two years and absolutely love the facility. The staff is always welcoming & my massages are always amazing! I just had my first session since COVID and it was exactly the same - outstanding! Thank you for being so amazing!

Great service! I left wanting to go home and not do anything all day, already scheduled my next appointment. Also the two ladies at the front were very friendly which is so important in this type of business and especially during these times!

I had the best massage today with Rachel. Had many knots on my back that she did a great job getting out. The beds are insanely comfortable. Probably the most comfortable I’ve been face-down during any massage. From start to finish, a perfect experience there!!
