VDay was special. The pre-fixe menu was great. Our server Rose was very attentive.

Servers are always attentive and friendly. The food was good, the cocktails are fabulous. We sat on the closed-in patio which is much quieter than the dining room. The dining room/bar area gets extremely loud.

Valentines day was very specially done. Pre-fixe menu which had great options for the 1st and 2nd course and 3rd course had lovely desserts. They were very organized and the service and staff were very nice and uplifting.

About the restaurant: You may be in the distant L.A. suburb of Westlake Village, but this agreeable hotel restaurant provides a satisfying Mediterranean experience.Food & Drinks: In the evening, diners might begin with panzanella salad, grilled calamari with mustard vinaigrette, or traditional arancini (cheese-filled crispy rice balls), before moving on to pastas, then steaks or Moroccan-spiced lamb chops finished in the wood-burning oven. Finales include panettone bread pudding and an apple-cranberry crisp. Prix-fixe menus are very attractively priced, the bar serves craft cocktails, and the wine list puts its focus on Italy and France. The dining room is a handsome, comfortable space with a large fireplace and lakeside views, suitable for a variety of occasions.
