“My experience at Tilly's was stellar all thanks to Braden. As soon as I walked in, he asked if I needed help looking for a particular thing. He patiently listened to what I needed, then immediately walked me to the pants section and showed me two options... not only that, he asked clarifying questions which helped me drill down further. He ended up bringing over a pair of pants from the sales rack. They were perfect! The price was right! It took less than 5 minutes and I had pants for my son that I was thrilled with! I think Braden deserves massive recognition - I've had very few positive experiences with people his age who are easy to talk to and so helpful.”
