I’ve never witnessed this level of incompetence and disregard to a customer’s experience before at a store. They got my online order wrong, gave me an extremely difficult time replacing it, offering no solutions or apologies whatsoever. Their tone and attitude is super unprofessional. Then after 20 minutes of waiting they gave me an item with missing parts and when I asked for another replacement they continued to be incompetent, rude, and unhelpful. It’s only because I insisted on not leaving without a correct item did they give me what I’m asking for but if it was up to them they would’ve just let me leave without helping me after THEY made a mistake TWICE!

They have the worst customer service here. No one cares to help you find anything you need. I was looking for someone on the floor to ask if they had a tree in stock. No one was around so I scanned the tag on the display one and pulled the item up online. I get to the checkout and ask the cashier if he can look. "Do you have the item number?" I say "here is the listing online" and zoom in on the item number. He responds "no not that number the number of the tree" am I supposed to know this? I say "oh I don't know what that means. Oh here it is, lot #130?" And replies "no that's not it" okaaaay I guess I'll run back over there to take a picture of the tag? I do that and come back to cash register (mind you no one is in line behind us) and I show him the tag and surely it says "lot #130." He asks a girl working if she knows if it's in stock. She doesn't even look at any information and said "no the system just hasn't updated and I know I just sold the last one." I said "online it's showing available for pick up." again she says no I know I sold the last one. We go back to the cash register and one of the items doesn't have a tag. The guy asks if we can go get another one off the shelf. Hello?! I don't work here?? So we go back to the shelf and come back to the register, he scans it, and doesn't take the extra item to put back himself.. nope we were holding it still while he said it's up to us if we want to walk it back to the shelf, he said "well it's up to you, I don't need it." He has us walk it back to the shelf to put back. I ordered the tree online for pickup and now I have to go all the way back (across town for me) to pick it up because employees can't be bothered to service their customers.

*DO NOT ORDER SAME DAY DELIVERY* I ordered same day delivery for the first time with this store, and two hours later, I still had no update. Speaking with the store was no help, and so I called the official Michaels number and also used their online chat. BOTH REPRESENTATIVES LIED TO ME and told me my order was picked up and was out for delivery. The time it was apparently picked up was a time in the future. So it was impossible that it was picked up. Sure enough, upon calling the store again, it was confirmed that my order was never picked up. I was lied to TWICE by Michaels representatives. Unfortunately I am currently unable to drive, and I assumed at that point I would never receive my order. And so I cancelled. I won't ever shop at Michaels again knowing their customer support blatantly lies about order status. Please take caution when placing same delivery orders with them.

Went to buy canvases, found a 3 pack from a bunchthat were stacked there; priced for $3, took it to tegister & they would not honor the price ebenthough there was a stack of them. David the manager or supervisor said it was just over by someone & he wouldn't honor it. False advertisement & how does it ALL get pushed to that sign, he took off the price. Won't be going back. Manager was rude & entitled. You are supposed to honor the price that the item is priced. Not my fault someone stocked all of them there.

I get all my enamel paint from Michael’s bc I don’t need 12 oz of spray paint to touch up my bikes. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They often have good sales. Not a bad place to shop.

Not like the original Michael's. This is more for crafts. I went there for artificial flowers but they did not have a large choice.Very disappointed.

Framing- Westkake Village location Michael's-CusTom Framing Services Our recent experience for custom framing was "Excellent" working with Caden. He had such vision as he provided us with such beautiful framing and Extraordinary designing techniques with our items. Caden is quite the Professional who exhibits such kindness and engages the client with gentleness in listening and providing recommendations without taking away what the client sees. We walked in with a painting on canvas that was just finished. We left so very Pleased with what had been created at this visit which will truly bless our home . We also came back the next day with five other pictures for assistance . Thank you Caden for Everything!!! DR

Heidi was by far the best cashier I've ever come across made me feel welcomed and even went out of her way to get me a discount , the definition of customer satisfaction by far !! I live far away and honestly I'd come here again regardless of the distance

We went here to have a picture custom framed and the service was terrific. The woman who helped us was quite knowledgeable and made great suggestions on madding and frame choices. We were definitely appreciative of all of her assistance. We will go there again next time we need something custom framed
