I highly recommend Oakbrook Awards -- Jade is awesome to work with and went above and beyond in obtaining my item for me!! I was looking for a very hard-to-find item -- it had to be a very specific size and shape. Not only was Jade able to locate and obtain the item, she was able to give me a choice of two and I ended up purchasing both of them!! They're perfect!! Thanks so much for all you did, Jade!! :-)

I always hate to be negative but when one has back-to-back negative experiences, one feels compelled to write. Take my word for it, when you are shopping around for your award and product needs, don't leave an order here without having a written detailed estimate of all work. Otherwise, you are going to be in for a big surprise. I don't want to call anyone out by name, but the folks at this place don't like to give firm estimates. Then they spring the price on you when it is too late, after they have done the work. ...and, like others have mentioned ("pricier than expected"), their prices are extremely high! At first, I thought it was just my fault for not asking and confirming prices before ordering. But now that I have tried to work with them multiple times and get pricing, I realize it is not me. It's just how they work. They have gotten really good at avoiding giving out pricing--making folks feel comfortable without getting a cost. My advice: go somewhere else that is more up front. You will find places that are easier to work with and cheaper.

At Conejo Copier Service, we have been procuring advertising specialties from Oakbrook Awards & Promotions for fourteen years. The ad copy that we supply to them has always been enlarged, so as to completely fill the available space on the items we obtain from them. We appreciate that level of attention to detail! At Conejo Copier Service, we have been obtaining advertising specialties from Oakbrook Awards & Promotions for more than fourteen years. They enlarge the ad copy that we supply to them, so that it completely fills the available space on the items we procure from them. That is serious attention to detail! Rapid turn-around time, too.
