“Today I went to Staples to have them print out some journal pages for me. I can’t tell you how helpful Valerie was. She was very busy and greeted everyone waiting. She waited on multiple people at a time, to help everyone out. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my phone and she paged Cory who came to my rescue.He worked with my phone and was able to download the files and send them to Staples for Valerie to print.
