This pharmacy needs to learn customer service. I ordered a numbing ointment and they made a cream. I had asked the pharmacist about the expiration time of the cream and he said 30 days but that if I got the ointment, it would be good for 6 months. I said that I wanted the ointment then. There was no miscommunication possible here. He said they could re-make it for later in the day but I don't live locally and didn't have the luxury of coming back for it. I asked about shipping and he wanted to charge me $15 even though it was his mistake. He made no apology and actually tried to make it my fault. The price was already significantly higher than I've paid elsewhere and their shipping charge is 3 times what I usually pay. I obviously won't be using them again.

Great communication, I'm on auto ship and they never miss a beat. I've been using this pharmacy for 10 years and I've never stepped foot in it!

This place is great if you're trying to slowly titrate off meds and need precise measurements. The woman who answered the phone was extremely informative and took time to explain my options. She even went into detail in how the med could be suspended in an oil formula and how suspension agents work when I asked. Recommended

Excellent care by a pharmacist and staff. They are extremely careful and compound meds for us according to allergies. Highly recommend! Dependable and fast. Caring.

AWESOME! I have a compound prescription which is very expensive and not easy to find. Plus, my prescription is 10 years old and needs to be rewritten - I didn't know that prescriptions had to be used within a year. Over the phone, the pharmacist walked me through various options on how to best get this prescription sorted out in the most economic way. In total appreciation! THANK YOU for taking the time to walk me through this and help me get the result I need. The service I received was beyond expectation and better than any of the other pharmacies I called to try to get this compound prescription filled. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. I had 3 awful experiences with another compounding pharmacy in the San Fernando Valley. It was time to look for another pharmacy. I decided to go with Park. My cat's medication is fair priced and shipping through USPS is free! What a plus! It was easy, fast and stress-free. Just what we need in today's world! This pharmacy is amazing. Everyone is polite and SMART! As a customer of many years we Couldn't imagine not having them available. Pharmacists are really on their game knowledgeable and the entire team is amazing with excellent manager there too. A+ and 10+ we can't say enough about how happy we are that they are there for us!

Park is my favorite Compounding Pharmacy! They are great about filling orders fast and having them available for pick up or FREE delivery! Since I moved, the free delivery has really been an added bonus. Also I found out after speaking to the pharmacist, they are very knowledgeable in Mast Cell, and use fillers in medications for it that are the least likely to cause a reaction with most mast cell patients. They are all so friendly and easy to deal with. Also, pricing is very competitive on most items. 10 stars!!

I was referred to Park Compounding Pharmacy by a friend and I am so glad I was! I've been a customer for 3 or 4 years and have been 110% satisfied. To reorder my prescription, I simply call and in seconds they have my records. And even though they have to compound my prescription, I usually it the next day by mail. Unlike many pharmacies, Park is so efficient and friendly, I'm beyond happy with their service. I highly recommend them.
