I wish that i could recommend ZERO stars for this company. NONE of the phone numbers work and you cannot cancel your subscription online. I have sent SEVERAL emails to them asking for a refund and to cancel but they never contact back. TERRBILE business. I have NEVER had to do this before.

The product is good, but the company (Pet Joy) is horrible. It takes months to receive an order, if you receive it at all.
I sent an email to cancel my account and it showed canceled on the website, but they charged me anyway. And the charge was triple what the order cost.
If you must buy this brand, buy it from Amazon. Or better yet, don’t buy it at all.

Ordered may 15,2024 today June 17,2024 no product received. Tried calling 2 numbers. Rings and hangs up. Or busy. No response to emails. BBB ratings are horrible. Others with same issues. Filing claim. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

Very horrible experience; I placed an order, but never received the order. I reached out to customer care and got a “PayPal” customer service phone number. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank, since I never received the product, but then PetJoy charged me the full amount again. I had to call my bank AGAIN to dispute that charge AND report fraud AND replace my debit card. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Sent us something other than what we ordered on multiple occasions, refused to refund the purchase. Customer service is attrocious (form responses + regularly getting put on hold for 10-20 minutes), then whenever you do finally get ahold of someone rather than actually fix the issue, they offer a discount code for future purchases. Why would we purchase more things from a company that can't send the right thing in the first place and then lies about it? It's a real bummer, too, because our pup loved the original product, the product we ordered (and kept trying to order).
