“This place is great if you're trying to slowly titrate off meds and need precise measurements. The woman who answered the phone was extremely informative and took time to explain my options. She even went into detail in how the med could be suspended in an oil formula and how suspension agents work when I asked. Recommended”
“Beautiful store but poor service. Our cashier we George h was literally tossing our groceries after scanning them. He tossed a pack of chicken and it burst! We pointed it out and he said "well it wasn't me!" . Even the bagger knew it was him. After a brief awkward pause, he then proceeded to raise his voice "WELL JUST GO EXCHANGE IT! WHATS THE BIG DEAL HUH?" That guy is a joke! He was also really rude to the customer before us. She wanted a pack of cigarettes and he slammed it on the scanner. She apologized profusely for being an inconvenience and he just glared at her. Other than checkout, the rest of our visit was very enjoyable. Must've just been poor luck on our end, so I'd consider visiting again as long as George H isn't o the register”

Not only did David kindly answer my question, he stopped what he was doing, went and got the right product and brought it to me. “Went to see a specialist in Westlake and they suggested I get my prescription from Burt's instead of the Sav-on by my house because they are usually better stocked... so I did :) This pharmacy is a little far from where I live so I took a chance to see if they would fill my prescription while I was out in Westlake for my appointment - called them up and they let me know they could get it ready for me immediately! Walking in it's more like a women's clothing / novelty shop with a few aisles of medicine needs. There was actually lots of cute merch but I needed to stay on track and headed to the back which is where the pharmacy is. Such a friendly staff with amazing customer service! From the call to prescription in hand was about 15 minutes. If I was more local this would def be my go-to pharmacy.”
