Worst experience, waited for a long time and there was one you guy who was very very rude. I asked a few questions about my tests where he couldn't answer. And he was telling me that i walked in and he is doing my blood works as a courtesy when i said if i can confirm a blood work name from my doc office who promptly answers. Quest offers walk-ins and am not sure what courtesy he is giving me. It is his duty to do serve customers. He was saying that he may not see me if i take a later appointment. I walked out without doing my blood works.

They a compadres me even though I was late. Painless and efficient service. Would be helpful to know that if you have two prescriptions, you need two appointments.

I just went to this location and for a blood draw, it was great! The waiting room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very kind and polite. I went there for my Function Health draw two days in a row and BOTH days Saul took me in early, was very professional, had great bedside manner, and made the whole experience quick and painless. He was able to do it with me barely noticing. I always appreciate a pro and you know when you see one. Idk what all the negative reviews are about. This is definitely my go to for blood draws moving forward. Grateful to have found a great location with a great phlebotomist. Again shout out to Saul for making my experience there the best I could ask for!!! Thank you 🙏🏽

There isn't a single quest diagnostics with over a 3 star rating that I've seen. Currently, I'm sitting at one waiting to drop off a sample for the 2nd day and there is 1 single employee working by herself (god bless her.) The business model in this place is similar to the hospital in the movie "Idiocracy."

Phoebe is an exceptional employee at the Westlake Village Quest. She easily finds my difficult to find veins without any complications. She is efficient in addition to being pleasant and respectful regardless of what happens. Thank you Phoebe for your excellent service.
