My insurance was taking an unreasonable amount of time to process my request to receive a much needed new CPAP machine. Mistakes for the approval were being made constantly. The staff at Remedy listened to me and worked with me so that I was able to finally pick up my new machine. Yvonne and the staff made multiple calls to the doctor's office and insurance company (one call done after business hours to get clearance to allow me to pick up the machine the next day). I feel blessed that I found Remedy Medical and I know that I am in good hands for any of my future CPAP needs.

Remedy fixed all issues I had w Cpap delivery. I would recommend them as solved all my issues. Unit now working perfectly.

Been using Remedy since the beginning of the year as we switched from Apria. Darren initially got us set up as we had a long list of supplies and then made they were delivered as promised since we needed them urgently after discharging from the hospital. We're still glad we made the change with Remedy because Kellsie is super diligent with any ongoing orders because she's always on top of doctors' back office to make sure they've sent the prescription. I cannot say enough of what Kellsie does for us because it's so nice for a provider to be proactive rather than reactive.

Ok let me just start out by saying this company is literally one of the best CPAP business in the entire Los Angeles and Ventura county areas their professionalism, patience, kindness and just general overall concern for their patients is amazing and now a days isn't really seen. They are a god send. I also want to say Yvonne is the best I repeat BEST, most amazing professional and kind person with tons of knowledge and sweetness Remedy Medical has working for them. She is a true asset for their company and the owner should definitely promote or have her train new staff how to be with new patients so that it continues to translate stellar service they are known for. I truly love this place I tell everyone I know who has any CPAP needs to run to remedy medical FAST! they will take amazing care of you. They accommodate everything even if your a difficult patient or customer which I know I can be haha. Go Remedy! Keep up the amazing work!

Wow! I'm blown away with how helpful and professional Remedy Medical is! Originally I was referred to a company in Calabasas who wanted $500 in addition to what my insurance would cover. I called my insurance company and they said I was completely covered with no copayment! So I looked elsewhere. I then checked Yelp and Remedy Medical showed good reviews. I spoke to Lupe, who is very bright and helpful. She handled all the insurance paperwork and an additional prescription my doctor needed to make. Within a couple of days I got a call to come in to be fitted! Miley, the Respiratory Therapist couldn't have been more professional and helpful. I had done research and Miley recommended the highest rated CPAP equipment (Resmed AirSense 11) and ResMed AirFit mask. Since Covid, I've been quite often disappointed with "customer service". So I'm more than happy to recommend Remedy Medical, thanks to Lupe and Miley, who deserve a pat on the back and a raise! I forgot to mention, the other company in Calabasas, said that once I sent them a check, ($500 over what insurance would cover) they would SEND the equipment and mask and I could fit it myself!!!? At Remedy, Miley, the respiratory therapist, spent a good half hour explaining every detail on how the system works and fitting the mask to my face. I couldn't believe how there could be such a difference in two companies.

My Doctor sent a referral in June of 2020. I never received any contact from Remedy Medical Supply so began purchasing CPAP part replacements off of Amazon which was either a hit or miss depending on the brand and my guessing. Recently my CPAP began going too high in air pressure to where I couldn’t use it so I mentioned to my Doctor again and how much it has had an effect on my quality of sleeping. Very slow at getting your supply's to the customer.Some of there staff are rude on the phone.Wish I could get a different company for supply's.

Remedy Medical Supply is the best in my experience!!! I was having challenges with my C-Pap machine, and wasn't sure what the issue was. After some research I learned I needed a new C-Pap machine. I googled and contacted Remedy and spoke with Yvonne who is a super Service person who really cares and was extremely helpful with information and my needs. I was able to get the documents needed and Yvonne and Marie helped me to get my new C-Pap that very same day. This was so important due that I cannot sleep with out the C-Pap. While I was picking up the new machine, Both Yvonne and Marie walked through the machine, prep, and care. Additionally, Marie who was already clocked out for the day and leaving due that her day was over, and there was a Fire in here neighborhood, she continued to stay with me to ensure that I got the up to date best fitting Face Mask for me. She too is a Super Service person who really cares and made sure I was taken care of 100%. Since I've had the machine, Remedy Medical Staff have called to make sure all was good with my machine and sleep, and also along the way to see if I need any additional supplies. Remedy Medical Supply met my needs, Exceeded my expectations, Delivered, and Followed up. I feel they are extremely helpful, have many product options, and are interested to make sure their client comes first and is taken care of. Was sent here by my doctor, and was given excellent assistance from Marie. She was able to answer all my questions and provided me with a thorough introduction to my CPAP machine. I am hopeful that I will be able to sleep well and wake up rested for once!

Excited to try my new CPAC machine! Definitely call and check out Remedy medical supply located in Thousand Oaks California. I asked for Sergio or Sulli. Both are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for help with sleep apnea. They truly have a large assortment of masks. Schedule an appointment with Cathy The respiratory therapist. She's very knowledgeable and cares about your comfort and a great night sleep!

I got a call on December 19th, while traveling from Texas to LA that my CPap machine needed to be calibrated before taking it. The earliest they could see me was Dec. 27th at noon. I had been eager to receive my machine & scheduled my follow up sleep study the day after my follow up appt with my general Doctor. It took much longer than 2 weeks, as indicated by the Sleep Study Center (located in Ventura, CA) stated. It took about 6 weeks. The explanation for this is the insurance company hadn't approved my machine right away. The reason for this may be because on a scale of 1-20, my severity was 7. My BP was elevated each time I sawing Doctor, even though I had been taking a low dose medication. The sleep apnea does a lot to raise my BP during my waking hours, so regardless of medications, my sleep apnea needed to be corrected. I met with Robert, who is a registered respiratory therapist. He thoroughly explained sleep apnea & how having it could affect me & my ability to feel rested & be productive. I learned that although, many over weight individuals can have sleep apnea, it isn't just over weight people who have it. ALL INDIVIDUALS, WHO HAVE SLEEP APNEA, DO SNORE. So, if you have you or anyone in your life who snores, you or them, need to be tested. Robert went over the machine, the settings & how each component works & is connected to the CPap machine. I received all the working parts & was given a nice low profile grey messenger-like carrier bag for the machine. The machine itself is pretty light weight, but all components together in the bag are a little heavier. Interesting fact... The machine is wifi connected. NO NEED Zoe you to connect, the wifi is in the machine & sends info on your sleep pattern to the insurance companies to guarantee that patients/clients use it as to not waste money. INTERESTING. Can you say Big Brother??? Anyways, this business is located in the 2nd story of a plaza in Westake, CA, located near Orange Theory, Zooza Cafe & Stone Fire Grill. Make sure to use the glass doors to the main building next to Zooza Cafe & take the elevator or stairs. A receptionist will be there waiting for you.
