Awful awful services Have spoken with over 65 people in the last two and half weeks to move a landline number to a mobile device and they for some reason can't get it right every single time. They honestly hire people with an IQ of a damn ant.

Very polite and helpful staff. They helped me put my phone cover on and other courtesy services. They were crowded and seem knowledgeable. Most helpful was Sam who first helped with my phone and then Cam the next day. Beyond call of duty.

Went in the other day and was greeted by Echo and Veronica. They were quick to help and provided me excellent service. In addition to addressing my main concern, they helped me replace a cable for my router. They went above and beyond to help me get my network up and running. Thank you!!

Absolute worst. The in store customer service is worse than the customer service. Cold, curt, unsympathetic and will never go back to spectrum again. Was a customer for years, but never again.

CLOSED 06/29/23. I went to exchange a router and modem because the ones I was originally given a month ago are incompatible with my VPN for work. The door was locked, and a staff member told me they were in a staff meeting and would be out soon. About ten minutes later, she came out and told myself and the others waiting that "due to unforseen events, this location will be closed the rest of the day and hopefully reopen tomorrow."I'm not sure what's going on, but they were also unexpectedly closed yesterday. It seems like they're having issues keeping enough workers to run the store.

Everyone already knows that Spectrum is a faulty product and service provider that we are mostly stuck with.On a good note.....Their telephone staff has improved over the last 6 months.This store has employees that have no problem not telling you the truth.....with no conscience whatsoever.They will tell you your modem will work when you get home, it won't .They will tell you things about the equipment that are not true.They are not friendly and appear to hate their jobs.There can't be management at the store.You need to speak to the company on the phone ( sorry) to hear the real facts.When you visit the store, no relying on the the store personnel at all.This way, there is no frustration.Like you're picking up a to-go order.

Very helpful Spectrum store located in Westlake. More importantly, it was not crowded. The employees were very attentive and helpful the minute we walked in the store. The only real drawback was that there is not a lot of mobile phone inventory on site, especially for accessories, but it felt like they could order and ship anything you might need. They were able to handle internet, cable, and mobile issues - which is nice to be able to take care of all of these in one place!

Spectrum is the greediest service I have ever dealt with. My mom ordered internet services only, their representative added TV as well, and because mom didn't catch the mistake on her bill they refuse to fix it. Mom is a cancer patient and she has more important things to do than check Spectrum bills, after it was explicitly asked of them to set up Internet services ONLY and not upsell her to anything else. My mom doesn't even have TV! Went spent an hour on the phone with them, including supervisor named Christopher, who claimed that he can't go back to the original recording of the conversation "because it was deleted", and he cannot read the notes on the record. The whole thing is rather unethical and not a good look for the company.

I had to say working with Sam at the spectrum store was a great experience ! He's very professional and knowledgeable! I went in to see what I he can do for my senior parents , he was able to help me . He was able to save me money upgrading their service . I appreciate Sam very much, such a great guy . Thanks Sam Spectrum is blessed ti have you!

If you are a senior on a fixed income and want help with your phone or service, Spectrum is nothing but an expensive dissappointment. My phone doesn't work, I was overcharged, I never get help, and no one cares. I thought I would save money going from Verizon to Spectrum but i went from good cusomter service to no cusomter service or phone service at all. Frontier is better prices and service, and all other carriers are much better than Spectrum.

Beware!!! Don't trust Spectrum. They overcharge, they can't fix their own problems, and they broke my phone and don't care. They are the worst. Don't believe them. And customer service is a joke, they read a script or give you a form letter while gossiping with their friends. Don't do the mistake I did and stay clear of spectrum. Frontier is better service and prices and any cellular is better.

Horrendous customer service I walked in during lunch to return equipment, I saw it was busy there was an employee who flat out walked out of his booth and just ignored me. I didn't know how to make a reservation, he could have acknowledged me. I signed up for a year with mobile service through spectrum- don't do it. Especially if this is your local store. Wow. So disorganized and the worst customer service. Communicate and be respectful. Stick with other cell phone services. Don't do spectrum.
