Their customer service is garbage. They do not pick up the phones and when you go through the choices the robot gives you they will have you wait on a line and then hang up on you if no picks up. Very unsatisfying. The reason for calling was that I bought a shirt from here that was stained and I had to ask them for a cheaper price because it clearly would be not purchased if it was not for it being the last one and they only budged once my mom came in from the car. It was supposed to be a quick pick up and go home. I am a 25 year old dude and the associate at the check out was rude to me until my mother that I was buying presents with showed up. I was shocked to see the change of the associate once my mom who doesn't take no bs came. The worker immediately gave her 10% off the shirt. That was nice but it was so difficult to get there. Also, when we got home that night we realized they never gave us the shirt. Like excuse me? I do not want to go in if they don't have shirt. I am heavily unenthused by the lack of care at this location from this one night. I have had other times that were decent but this just added salt to the wound. (This is the only reason why I did not give a one star review) Especially, because an associate was rude to me and my brother last time we came as well. I have not had this happen a lot but this is a once in a while issue that is shocking due to lack of care. I also want to warn every one of the crappy phone services they have tbh.

Ruendy, the manager here is so unprofessional and condescending and an overall disappointment. His staff is better than him with the way that he manages and makes you wait 20 min to get a giftcard that was rightfully yours. No apologies no pleasantries, and gives you a bad attitude. If he is a representation of Target Westlake, I want no part of it!

Great store and very clean. Stopped by for a few snacks and some bleach during a road trip. Nice location, clean store, and cool people. Wide selection of products and clean store.Highly recommended. Good deals!

In the area for a little vacay and realized I didn't pack a few things. Found Target and made a Target run. I found everything I needed and some things I didn't. Seems like a clean and organized place with plenty of parking in the lot.

If could leave -0 would. Worst Target ever. Management incompetence, employees are scared to do anything, zero employee empowerment, carts all over in parking lot, trash in storefront area, products stacked in aisles waiting to be put on shelves I nearly tripped twice, restroom filthy at 10am , long lines. List goes on. Maybe if they hire people above 16 yes old might help!!! Stay away and complain to corporate. It's not right.

This is the most beautiful target I have ever stepped foot in! The store is so clean and organized and the store has an entire liquor section talk about one stop shopping! I could sit outside and people watch for hours bc the walkway in is stunning! Walked here from my hotel and they even have liquor carrying cardboard handle to go carriers for you which was perfect as I was walking! Hands down best target I ever stepped foot in!

I specifically drove to this Target to get a Pizza Hut mini pizza from the Target Cafe. However, when I rang the service bell 3 times, I was informed by a Starbucks employee working next door thar the person working the Cafe "might be on break." Also, the nearest cashier that told me to ring the bell again. I told her that I rang it three times already and she said that she had no idea what the Cafe employees' schedules were, but they could possibly be on break or lunch. I asked if there was another employee to cover their absence and the cashier again told me that she didn't know the Cafe employees' schedule. Now normally, I would've asked to speak with a supervisor regarding this matter, but I only had an hour lunch break from work, so I left immediately to try to salvage the 35 minutes I had left of my break. Don't get me wrong in this situation; I'm neither a Karen, nor a person who gets irritated at the slightest thing, but the fact that both the Starbucks employee and the cashier did NOTHING to ensure customer satisfaction is completely ridiculous to me. I would've called a supervisor or manger to remedy the situation. Nowhere in the posted hours does it say that the Cafe will be closed due to employee breaks. They should have another employee to cover their absence. I hope this review goes straight to the manager and beyond. This seems like such a petty request to have a single employee cover breaks, but is also an opportunity to train other employees not to shirk responsibility onto the poor one employee who needs to take a break/lunch working the Cafe. Teach them that, "When in doubt, call a supervisor or manger to make the customer happy." Don't just try to act like you are the be-all, end-all solution to a customer's issue. That's what supervisors and managers get paid for.

The quality of Target Stores seems to vary greatly based on their location. Here in Westlake Village it's more upscale.Love the app, though a couple times it will indicate an item is available in store when it's not. Such was the case today. So I went to the Returns counter and asked Tess if she could help. She's a rock star. I knew my request wasn't in her department, but she was the first available employee I found. She reached out to someone on my behalf and within a minute I had what I was looking for. Apparently there were some in back that had yet to be added to the shelves. Wish I caught the ladies' name who tracked them down.On the flip side, they have most anything you need, and for a reasonable price. Many times I've been planning to trek out to a store 20 min away and then wondered if Target might have the same item. So I make that stop first and am often pleasantly surprised.

Please PLEASE either get a new manager or train the current one properly. This store doesn't appear to be understaffed, however, the curbside pick up takes 20+ min, the pick up orders are regularly incomplete, and at most there's only two registers open at any one time regardless of the long lines. Get it together. I don't have 30min to sit in my car waiting for the pick up that I told the store via app 20min prior that I was on my way.

They don't follow COVID mask policies in store. Talked to manager and he stated if someone "claims" they have a medical exemption, they can proceed shopping without mask, no proof required or validation of exemption. If someone is that ill to not be able to wear a mask arrange delivery but they really shouldn't be shopping in public. Yeah, nope...not shopping at Target anymore. They don't have their priorities straight. Just a bad mojo in there now.

Have been using Curbside since CoVid started and it's a hot or miss system depending on the store. Target NAILS it every time. They have an actual crew of staff that handles curbside pickup. It's easy to let them know you're on the way and when you're there. I e never waited more than 10 minutes and that's only because I had a $400 order and many items had to be retrieved from the fridge/freezer section.

Kudos and a big thank you to Trevor in the Electronics department who went out of his way to assist me with getting a price adjustment from the Customer Service Dept. last month. When I was shopping in the Electronics dept last month, I noticed that there had been a price drop on a pair of headphones that I bought a few weeks earlier but didn't have my receipt with me. I pointed that out to Trevor who, instead of sending me over to discuss it with Customer Service, actually went to the trouble to take one of the items off of display and walk it over with me to Customer Service, explain the situation, and make sure everything was to my satisfaction before going back to his dept. Excellent customer service like this makes it a pleasure to shop at this store!

I was shopping in the electronics department at the Westlake Village Target and was nicely approached by Trevor (MDL). He is THE mobile phone guy!! He helped me tremendously through the purchasing process of a new iPhone 13. Trevor was extremely friendly and patient with me and all my ridiculous questions about this and that. The big decision to purchase was made so much easier with his knowledge and expertise. Ask for Trevor! You'll be glad you did!

I don't know what it is with this particular location but they need to turn down their AC! I sweat like crazy when I shop here. The shelves are often bare - it's like they don't order enough stock. The cashier's are friendly. It's nearly impossible to get someone to help you on the floor to ask questions or ask for help. It's been like this from the very start - I hardly shop here anymore because I cannot rely on them having what I need in stock

This is a great Target location. Nice, clean store, with one of the better organized layouts I have seen for a larger format Target store. Everything from the clothing to the wine selection is impressive. My friend only drinks a certain rosé and I was able to find it for her birthday! Cheaper than any liquor store as well. The cashier at checkout was so nice. I saw them help carry bags for another customer. Even the security guard offered a friendly goodnight. I will definitely come back to this Target soon!
