I feel like a kid in a candy store every time I go to Tj Maxx - why is it so fun?! Life is like a Tj Maxx, you never know what you're gonna get ;) This Tjs is organized, clean, and well stocked! I've found some cute clothes, accessories, and home items on my sprees. Staff are friendly and returns/exchanges are easy. The line can get long depending on the time of day but that's pretty normal for Tj Maxx. There's a parking lot and although it's a busy center I always find a spot easily. Great location too - close to many other stores to get all your shopping done in one trip! Every time we drive by my bf sighs and says "you wanna go in don't you?" yes, yes I do.

My sister and I have been enjoying the jewelry section for over 25 years, and the sale associates have always been very helpful. Today (February 10th), we had the worst experience with Viki. She was very unprofessional, did not answer any of our questions, and when my sister asked her whether she was tired, she said that she was not tired. My sister asked her why she wasn't checking the price, and she said you can see it. We had to talk to the manager and we both became so upset that despite of our intention to purchase a bracelet for my niece, we had to leave the store. :(It is so sad to see T.J. Maxx's quality of service going down so low.

The best TJ's I have been to, I live in LA and I drove all the way from there to this store only the best is there all the time, but I miss Nidia dearly one of the staff member she was the best. Wish someone could tell me which store she at, or where she is.

The absolute worst customer service. We bought a tshirt that unbeknownst to us had a hole in it. We didn't have a receipt or the tag for it. We asked for store credit. We were told to find another shirt from the same company and they would do that. However, when we brought it to the register, they said they couldn't. In this day and age, receipts and tags are really not needed if you have an updated POS system. Even Walmart and Target can look up a purchase with the credit card. I will NEVER step foot in another TJ Maxx, Home Goods, or Marshalls ever again.

i love tj maxx, always have and always will. but i just had an experience that makes me less than eager to return.i had a $75 purchase. i wanted to void one item because that was more than i’d intended on spending today.the associate who was helping me insisted i buy and then return the item. why would i do that? why would i spend more money than i intended to when she could void it?she explained that either the store location or her, i was unclear, gets a commission-like / boost of some kind for purchasing items.but that’s not my issue, and is fraudulent according to the SEC. and confusing when they’ve voided items, no problem, before .

Sad to say my fave TJ Maxx location has disappointed me as the staff have proven to be highly incompetent. When checking out the register I was at froze, no receipt but the credit card terminal read “transaction approved”. I asked to have a receipt just in case I needed to return something and the staff began banging on the register. Flustered, they assured me that they canceled my purchase and that I wouldn’t be charged. They switched me to a different register and re rang up the merchandise. I was assured by the manager and staff several times that I was not charged twice. When I checked my banking account later, I was indeed charged twice. I called the store (as I had driven home) and let them know. I was told that the pending charge on my account would “fall off” at the end of the day with no apology and I was told that they wouldn’t be able to help me and that I should just contact my bank. I woke up the next day to 2 posted charges from TJ Maxx. I went to the store the next day with the receipt from the second charge and all the merchandise. I spoke with the manager who was there the day before to bang on the register and was the ones to assure me that I wasn’t charged twice. Her attitude was highly defensive as she kept repeating that I wasn’t charged even tho I had my bank account statement to prove that I was and her and her staff were incorrect. I asked her to rectify it by returning the items on the receipt as I had paid for the same items twice, she refused and said the transaction was canceled. She asked me to wait until Monday, even though I confirmed with the bank that the charge was already posted. Monday would make zero difference but she wouldn’t return the money to my account because her “register would be off”. What about my register?!! Who cares about my account? I asked how she would like being charged twice for the same thing? I asked to speak to someone else or for the district manager’s information and she said she didn’t know it, that I should “Google it”. What a crazy experience! I told her that they are misinforming their customers and do not even apologize or try to rectify the discrepancy. I ended up speaking to the bank and getting the charge refunded but I’m amazed by the lack of service or knowledge of company equipment.

This store is packed with great finds. It's closer quarters than other stores. The inventory seems to be refreshed weekly or close to it.

I brought a Diane Von Furstenberg top here in size XS. Started IVF and immediately couldn’t wear that size due to hormones. Brought it back with all tags but no receipt and the manager “Rose” STILL wouldn’t refund me. Not even for store credit?! Wow, since when do you not offer store credit, especially for an in store return?! This is a $60 top max. I would have spent far more than that lousy amount in one shopping session had you offered my store credit. Guess losing a loyal maxxinsta is more important. My advice is to shop somewhere that starts with N If you want far better customer service!Very disappointed.

OMG, this store is one of the WORST. Customer service does not exist. The manager Roya is CRAZY. She won't honor an item that it is on sale. She removed the tag and blamed customers for switching tags.... I have NEVER been treated this bad in my life!!!!!! I will NEVER GO HERE. I would give them minus 1000000 stars, if possible.
