Brought my dog (Jimmy) for bladder stone. Dr. Jamshid Kiumarsi and his staff were so wonderful and show their compassion. Dr. Jamshid Kiumarsi is attentive, honest, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Kiumarsi explained everything I needed to know. Jimmy’s surgery went very well. I would highly highly recommend Dr. Jamshid Kiumarsi.

called Towngate with my sick cat on Friday afternoon. Dr. K and staff were very kind and helpful and got my fur baby in right away. He's my new vet. Don't hesitate to see him. My cat is doing great. Thank you

The veterinarian chose to make the decision to not do the test necessary that would decipher the issue with my cat. His assistant told me that he said he doesn't suggest the test as it is expensive. This idiot had no problem charging me almost $500 for 2 visits and medicine, but decided for me that $1,000 for the ultrasound was not something he needed to talk to me about. The gall to suppose that I couldn't, or wouldn't want to spend the money for the test. My cat was dead 2 days later while on his wonderful, effective medicine. I would have gladly paid for the test and then some for a most precious cat that we loved. The vet didn't even have the decency to say, "Sorry the cat has passed away"! I will continue to alert the pet owners, the veterinary boards, and reviews about the negligence of his horrible vet, as I am not the only pet owner who has loss a pet with Townsgate Veterinary Hospital.

The best vet you will ever find hands down. Dr K and the staff are so lovely, honest, caring with our three fur babies (two cats and one dog). I've been to countless vets. I will never go back to anyone else.

Townsgate is the most compassionate, amazing team of veterinary professionals. Stephanie, V, and Dr K have known my baby Pretzel for 4 years now. We go on a monthly basis for anal glands, nails, and vaccines as needed. I'll never forget- A couple years ago I went in suspecting a mole on my pup could become skin cancer. They took Pretzy back to shave her a tiny bit and do a minor biopsy for pathology. 5 mins later they called and reassured me it was a not fully formed nipple and they don't advise doing a biopsy as she's perfectly healthy. LOL. Thank goodness Dr. Kiumarsi is so honest. He just handed her back to me with no charge. My ridiculous ass almost had them remove her nipple for no reason. Love this team. They're ethical, talented, very reasonably priced, and the MOST friendly.

The whole team and staff are always willing to go above and beyond. They fit me in whenever it’s an emergency and are so accommodating. They don’t upsell you and truly care for your pet. They are worth the drive out! I stopped going to my old vet of 10 years for this place.

Great office and great vet. Staff is extremely friendly and our puppy was excited to see everyone. Treated for ear infection. Highly recommend.

I have a standard poodle, or rather she has me. The first time we went to the exam room, Dr. K entered and grabbed a treat. She watched him and immediately sat down to shake his hand. He shook her paw, gave her the small treat, and they immediately became pals. After that brief positive experience she is as happy visiting the vet as she is visiting the pet store. A positive competent vibe extends to the two women who work with Dr. K. In the ever increasing world of corporate health care for humans and animals, it is wonderful to know that there still are medical professionals that sincerely care about their patients. Fred Gaskin

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. K and his team!! One of our dogs just had knee surgery and they took such good care of him and us. They knew how worried we were and talked us through the whole process in detail. Dr. K even called us as Eben was getting induced to go over the plan one more time and then gave us detailed post-op instructions, including what to expect from our dog's behavior that would be normal (i.e., not to panic). There's no better team than TPH for our dogs!
