All the staff, here are polite, friendly, and effective. I have been treated better at this store than anywhere else I’ve ever shipped a package from. I sell and ship valuable, fragile collectibles. They are willing to listen, consult on the appropriate solution, and ultimately execute whatever you need for packaging and shipping sensitive items. I wouldn’t think to go anywhere else with my most valuable packages.

Each and every time I have to use their services it is such a wonderful experience. Today was no exception in assisting with faxing a document & purchasing a few folders. Brandon was so kind and very helpful ! He represents this office in a beautiful light .Grateful

Friendly, upbeat, experienced staff, minimal wait times, being on a first name basis makes it personable. A very well run business. Been a client for a few years and highly recommend their services at this location.

Embarrassing customer service!Waited 35 minutes in line to have a paper notarized.While 3 customer left and one stated will never return.I guess she is not the only one.

This location refused my Amazon return unless I purchased a box from them and paid them to package it over it’s original packaging . The item was in its original unopened box that UPS dropped at my house a day prior, but I no longer needed.There is no reason for this store to insist you buy a box from them to return an Amazon package given it was in its original packaging (even with the original shipping labels still on it).The worker man acted like it was a hassle to even help me to begin with, so I suppose he is just lazy and rude and refused to assist me.I don’t recommend anyone use this location as they are rude and possibly discriminatory and definitely want you to buy unnecessary packaging to take your Amazon return (even when in unopened original packaging). It’s easier to just go to another location than deal with this kind of non-service and attitude.

The worst customer service of any UPS store I’ve ever experienced. I had simple Amazon returns - barcodes ready to go and everything packed. I sat there holding heavy large boxes for more 10 minutes while the customers in front of me debated the expense of shipping their items. It was too expensive for them but rather than move on they discussed the cost extensively with a line behind them. Rather than take the next customer online or call for assistance for someone to help me the clerk just stood there - so did I - but with heavy packages. Eventually, he pointed to a self-service kiosk, even though my items were too large to fit in the dropbox then gave me attitude when I pointed that out. This is a customer service business they should hire and train accordingly. The UPS on T.O. Blvd get that - suggest going there instead.

Will not come here anymore! All the other negative reviews are correct. Avoid this store. The older employees at this store, Jim and William, are incredibly incompetent and rude. The younger employees are great and helpful. I will be posting this review on nextdoor as well, it's unbelievable how rude they are. Will never return here.

Worst Experience @ this Location: I watched the younger Employees deal with customers so poorly while the other employee dealt with the Sheriff! We watched and quickly realized why the Sheriff was there...The employees were Aggressive & Rude to the customers in front of us. We were up next and asked for help w/ an Amazon return and was told their scanner didn't work- they wouldn't help by taking a photo of the label, which apparently Does Work- life's short, never mind, we walked out- never going back there... scary

Not only is this the most friendly, professional and helpful packing/shipping store I've ever used but their Notary Services are beyond compare. Their notary staff is highly professional, experienced and reliable. This UPS store has it all!

DISCRIMINATORY ACTIONS BY UPS OWNERI took my father into the UPS store in WLV the other day to use the Notary. My father is 88-yrs-old, recently spent time in the hospital, and has very bad knees. He uses a cane because standing and walking are extremely painful. The young man behind the counter told us it would be about a 15-minute wait as there were people ahead of us. I looked around for a chair for my father, but there wasn't one. I asked the young man for one, but they didn't have one. So, my dad found a short counter to sit/lean on.Within seconds the young man behind the counter (on the phone) said the boss called and my father needs to get off the countertop. My father got up and, I went out and brought in a camping chair we keep in the back of the car. I set it up, out of the way, and my father sat down. Within seconds the young man behind the counter (on the phone) said we can't bring in a chair. We have to remove the chair.Now, we have a problem. The young man on the phone, with the boss, was just the messenger and, was clearly uncomfortable. I looked at the camera and asked to speak with the man on the phone. The young man turned and walked to the back of the store while still on the phone. He came back and reiterated that the boss said my father can't sit down and the chair must be removed.The Notary overheard what was happening and told my father that he could wait in the car and he would come out to him when he was finished with his current customer---a professional and sympathetic response.There was a second young man (no names will be mentioned in an attempt to protect him) who was obviously embarrassed and angry by the behavior of the "man behind the curtain."We set the chair up on the sidewalk outside the store and waited. The Notary came and we completed notarizing the Health Care Directive and Power of Attorney. We very much appreciated the professionalism of the Notary.BTW-Did you know that UPS makes you sign a waiver stating you will not hold UPS responsible if their employee makes a mistake while notarizing your documents?The actions of the cowardly owner of the WLV UPS store was reprehensible, and downright discriminatory. The young men did the job they had to at the time, but apologized later. I felt badly for them and suggested it was time to move on from that job. No one should be subjected to that unkind and inconsiderate behavior.We will followup with the UPS corporate offices, and will never step foot in there again.
