Omg DON'T believe anything Sharon and her staff say. Sharon pretends to be knowledgeable and helpful which is the complete opposite, it's all a B.S. and you won't find out until it's too late to cancel, DO NOT BUY a new phone or switch your account to a business account unless you definitely need to otherwise you'll end up paying double in monthly charges. Customer Service at this location is hideous and extremely unprofessional!!!! Verizon sucks but what makes it worse is their service and poor knowledge. AT&T here I come

When my wife and I walked in late Sunday afternoon, the store was empty. Charles, the service representative gave us his full attention as we were exploring options for five new phones for our family. He was very patient and explained every detail for plans, phones, and options to meet each one of our family member’s needs. But as other customers came into the store and waited for assistance, my wife and I felt a little responsible for their having to wait. As we were in no hurry for anything, we decided to leave and come back in a little while, and let him service the other waiting customers. A short time later, he texted me to let me know it was a good time to come back, which I did, but unaware that it was already passed the store’s closing time. He did not even explain that to me, but awaited my arrival, provided me with thorough and exceptional service, and I left a very happy new Verizon customer!

Verizon customer service phone number is a nightmare. After being passed around on hold for over 90 minutes, (trying to transfer a phone number from a watch to a phone!?!) i was transferred to the robot and hung up one. I went into the store for help. Charles was willing to stay and get the job done even after closing time. This is the type of service I wish I saw more of! Highly recommended if you need a new phone and great service. Night and day between this one and the one on Westlake Blvd. It's right near target too:)

I came in toward the end of the day, with an old phone that was not holding a full charge, and I was able to walk out with a new phone, at a better price I less than 50 minutes.Thank you Sharon.

Daniel is great. He is an excellent employee and he helped me a great deal. You are very lucky to have him. Verizon prices are crazy but Daniel is great.

Literally the worse experience in this store, I can never get a straight answer. The District Manager ordered my new phone and did my deal on 11/17 and I was just there to pick up my new phone and do my trade in. The new manager of the store CARLO said there's no record of it and he can't help me! He was rude like no other! OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE, no remedy. There was no one else in the store and he acted like I was inconveniencing him for me being there. We have 4 family lines and I am last for my upgrade. Now I'm having to wait for District Manager Steve to reach back out because Carlo couldn't assist me. He wouldn't text Steve either to help me. Really unfortunate Carlo could care-a-less.Russell Ranch location is not customer friendly.

HORRIBLE. I'm a long-time VZW customer & I placed a device order online for p/u @ this location... Literally just hours later, an employee in the store took it upon themself to CANCEL my order & sell it to someone in the store, as it was a high memory phone they don't get in often & apparently someone was interested (I learned what happened when a corporate cust svc supervisor investigated the situation.) So even though the phone was attached to my order for pick-up by me only, they canceled it to sell it to the other customer w/o having another of the same in stock. And do you want to know the reason they cited??... Because it wasn't picked up. IT HAD BEEN LITERALLY HRS SINCE THE ORDER WAS PLACED & THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO GIVE 3 DAYS. In add'n to that, while I was waiting on a p/u notification so I could go get it, they sent me a cancellation email 2 DAYS after the order was placed & LIED, trying to blame it on me as if I abandoned my order. Unbelievable.

This location is great. Erika was extremely helpful and was able to resolve our issue with getting a phone activated. Erika went above and beyond and we really appreciate it! Would recommend this location!
