If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I am a premier banker at Wells Fargo and I came in to set up a business account and I really got a bit of a run around. The guy really was not helpful nor did he seem like he wanted to help me. It was Friday 3:15pm. So I was leaving to set the Account up online. But I decided to walk back in to basically see if they would do their job. But they then told me, as the premier banking lady walked by me to leave for the day, that no one could help me and I had to set an appt to come back even though the gentleman helping me decided to take another guest even after seeing me return. Guess they didn’t want to help me. Absolutely the worst customer service I have had in a very long time. And giving new meaning to Bankers hours leaving at 3:30pm with the premier banking lady leaving at that time. I would not even think of setting an appt at this branch. It is shameful that these people service such a wealthy area of LA as they truly awful!!

I opened the checking and saving account at this branch. The banker told me that I am eligible with open bonus for both accounts. Later I found that the bonus was not applied to saving accounts when the account is opened. This is deceiving. If the banker told me the truth then I would not open the saving account. I emailed and called them many times and no one is caring about my situation. When I went to the bank, they just let me wait there and serve others. I am so disappointed with Wells Fargo's service. I will close all of my Wells Fargo account very soon.

Interest rates on savings and CDs are horrendous - they are non-competitive with other banks.As many other reviews mentioned, customer service is horrible.I had a Premier agent assigned to me, and she did nothing to make sure I was getting market level interest rates.Extremely disappointing, and will be switching banks.PS: No Saturday hours available. You want me to leave work early and face poor customer service in today's internet age?

Ali Azar at this branch is an absolute gem. He has helped us multiple times when others at other Wells Fargo branches have not. Great customer service here!

Bianca Lopez is the worst bank employee I have ever met in 40 years of banking. She is rude and not personable by any means. She has no intentions of trying to maintain a long time customer. Imagine how she treats new clients. We closed all 3 of our savings and all 2 of our checking accounts and all our credit cards that are connected to Wells. We went to another bank. Not a Wells. After 40 years with Wells wherein we also hade equity loans, the savings, checking and credit cards, essentially over 40 years of substantial monies and business with Wells, we are now done with Wells as long as Bianca is there.

For some reason this branch is always so slow. 5 people in line, two tellers and no help. It's always like this.

Recently, every time I go there, they have no staff and they send you to their machines for your business. They need to schedule more people or have their bankers do tellers job. Bankers are sitting at their desks with no customers and there is 1 teller doing everything else.

a "banker" from wells fargo called me and fradulantly charged my account for $600+ from this locations ATM, funny because they called me from the fraud number on Wells Fargo's website , used their email and text format. the banker was rude and had my whole social , whole card pin and my home address. As soon as I got suspicious he hungup on me . This is Disgusting I hope they get caught and Wells Fargo you should look into your security and who you hire . I hope this POS gets the law . I had to freeze all credit , change every single password , put a massive investigation into my account and re open new accounts for everything . WATCH OUT !!!

Not sure why all the negative reviews. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Go there once a month and it's always a nice experience.

Not sure why the reviewer of 2/17/19 gave a one star review. Miss Patel is great and has always been there for myself and my wife. Everyone at this bank are knowledgeable and responds quickly to help.
