Jake at the beach and heil store is awesome. He won’t be there for long because some company owner getting new phones will snag him up. Good help is hard to find. Unless Att pays him more

I am dissatisfied because issue is still unresolved. The rep had difficulty switching the account ownership from a different line and blamed their system. The phone still cannot accept or receive cellular calls on the new SIM card. We did have to wait less than five minutes to get a store representative, but he was unable to get help after calling a corporate rep and supervisor multiple times. We were here for three hours because the new first responder network sim locked the phone.
