I am dissatisfied because issue is still unresolved. The rep had difficulty switching the account ownership from a different line and blamed their system. The phone still cannot accept or receive cellular calls on the new SIM card. We did have to wait less than five minutes to get a store representative, but he was unable to get help after calling a corporate rep and supervisor multiple times. We were here for three hours because the new first responder network sim locked the phone.

John Nguyen was beyond helpful with my phone account and broken phone dilemma. He outlined several options and accommodated me with endless knowledge. Literally the worst service I have ever received. I had to go in 3 times to switch my phone over properly from another carrier. Then my bill processed without the Triple AAA discount AND they added a $17 insurance when I specifically remember declining it on sign up. They assured me I would be reimbursed for this. I was reimbursed about $10 of everything they overcharged me. Which was about $30. I did not receive a refund for the Triple AAAGuess I'll go in again for the 5th time just for them to setup my bill properly. This is the worst service I've had from any carrier ever. Get Metro. Save yourself the headachesThe only words I can use to sum up my experience are complete and utter incompetence and devoid of any care for the customer. It makes me more angry the more I look at my bill.

Very disappointed with The lies I was told by the employee. They don't tell you the truth. I was told my bill would $51 a month and I got a bill for 130. Very dishonest employees.
