Sorry to say I am very disappointed. I have had good experiences. Until now. I needed to use the insurance I'd purchased along with my laptop. Staff in the store were, as always, efficient and helpful. But three weeks and I get calls to tell me the parts needed to repair my computer are on back order, still, and there is no ETA . If the parts are not in in two weeks (meaning 5 weeks total), the company will replace the machine. I am dependent on my computer for work. Much is stored on there. Im afraid this will be my last purchase with Best Buy. And I do not think business is so booming that the company can provide such poor customer service that good customers like me will go elsewhere. Too bad.

This is the worst Best Buy ever. They offer curbside pick up. They don't even come outside to deliver our package. My mom is 68 years old waiting for her package outside over 20 min

Went in today to get my phone fixed and George was so helpful and sweet. He was very patient with the situation and explained every step of what he was doing with my phone, seriously a great employee. I also bought a new laptop and was helped by Blake who was superb as well. Really helpful when explaining the difference in the models and helping me find what my best option was. Honestly these guys were amazing and I hope they get the recognition for it!

I can see into the soon to be future!!!! Best Buy will close all stores. Can't find a single employee to make a darn purchase. The security guy at the front door was going to add me to a Q, why? There's no one in the store. I couldn't wait any longer, so I took my money elsewhere.

I stopped back here again to pic up an order of a laptop cord and some other digital equipment for my desk top and other computer room toys lol. I was here near last Christmas to purchase some gifts. Things came out good. So happy with my products I purchased. Love this location of Best Buy.

Honestly my go to spot for any electronic I would need right a way or any collectibles that I'd like to go get with my son.Mainly his switch games ,football and pokémon cards.Service is great, always welcoming. Their always there to help without an attitude for sure.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this Best Buy (Westminster Mall). The biggest issue was the difficulty in finding employees who were willing to assist or had any knowledge about the products.Navigating the store proved to be a challenge as finding an available staff member felt like a scavenger hunt. Once I did manage to locate someone, the responses were far from helpful. I encountered a lack of willingness to assist, with some employees outright claiming it wasn't their business or redirecting me to someone else.It was disheartening to discover that many employees seemed unfamiliar with the products and services they were supposed to represent. This made my shopping experience frustrating and time-consuming.I hope Best Buy can address these staffing and training issues to improve customer satisfaction. As a consumer, it's disconcerting to feel like you're on your own in a store that should prioritize customer assistance and knowledge.
