I reached out to Francisco today, regarding my rent increase. He explained to me clearly the new company Extra Space rate increase. Francisco was able to assist me on my rate, and help with other options for me to remain as a renter. Although I'm not pleased w/increase in renting for 6mo, I always appreciate Francisco's kindness & customer srvc!

Excellent manager here. Francisco I think is his name. Helped me find a unit perfect for what I needed to store. Also showed me how how the elevator worked. Very clean location.

This review is to compliment General Manager Francisco on his excellent service at what now is Extra Space (formerly Life Storage) in Westminster, CA.Francisco goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied. He is knowledgeable and can solve any issues that may occur at the facility. Extra Space is fortunate to have him there.

Francisco was wonderful- he is personable, professional and always willing and happy to go out of his way to help. I highly recommend this facility and working with Francisco. Should I have additional or future storage needs, I will definitely rent here.
