Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life, avoid Dang Lai at all cost. He will ignore you and act like you don’t even exist because he doesn’t want to stay past 5pm.

Put my name on the wait list and left phone number. They skipped me even though no on one called me within wait time window. Don’t bother leaving your phone number: they won’t call you. You’ll have to wait all over again. Waited again and then told us we had wrong documents. Peter and Tom Nguyen Gave us this bad service

Was refused service for NO REASON. Checks were valid, had my ID. Only black man there, and they refused to cash payroll checks and would not provide reason. I smell a lawsuit.
