You get what you pay for. I'm not sure what her name was that was there but I went in and got a Pedicure and was asking for a soak off of an old acrylic overlay and while I waited on my car in the auto center. She started the soak off and the Pedicure was fine but the regular dry polish wasn't applied very evenly and streaks are visible on my big toes but not the end of the world. What really pisses me off is that she blatantly ignored me and tried to act like she knew best. I wanted a soak off because I spent months growing out my nails and I know my nails are fragile and will rip easily which is why I get acrylic but i was planning to get a fresh set in the morning. She started the soak off and commented a couple of times how strong my old acrylic is (therefore I would assume they use subpar products but again you get what you pay for) after the Pedicure was done and we moved to the desk she seemed to get impatient with my soak off and used a tip to pry off the acrylic. I told her no 3 difference times and she broke 4 of my nails, then filed down the length of the others and at the end of it the few nails she hadn't ruined were because she left acrylic on and when i mentioned it she said it was cuz my nails were too fragile and i needed it so they didn't break before i came back. I honestly shouldn't have paid for the soak off at all but i did anyway cuz i should've just ended service the first time she didn't listen. A soak off should remove all product and using a tip to remove old acrylic is an improper removal that can result in injury or just ruin your natural nails. Luckily my usual salon said they could squeeze me in for a last minute appointment cuz my nails look absolutely horrible

I came in to do my nails and this used to be a great place to come to but now it’s not. Once there short staffed I had to wait 30 minutes which I didn’t mind, but as soon as a caucasian stepped in they stopped doing my nails and I had to wait to get my pedicure to be continued. I came in for a mani and pedi. I didn’t even get what I asked for but still I didn’t mind. I always get treated like this as if my money doesn’t count. I always stay quiet but this time I just had it. Very sad day.

Horrible customer service I'm very upset I went there to get my eyebrows done should've known it was gonna be choppy little corner of Walmart. I spoke to a lady and she told me she didn't except credit card and so I went to go buy some thing at Walmart to get cash back. When I went back to her she told me it was going to be a long wait. But I just left her three minutes before and there was nobody there. So tells me she took the first person that walked up. The other two girls that were working obviously don't do eyebrows. I was very upset I have cancer it took a lot out of me to stand in line at Walmart and then all I wanted to do was get my eyebrows done and I feel like she deceived me I do not need to wait for a long line for eyebrows I can go to any nail salon and get my eyebrows done and which I did. I do not recommend this business they are not honest. Then she had the density to ask me if I wanted to get my eyebrows done at that point I was way too pissed off to even try.

I went in for a Mani-Pedi that was supposed to be $25. & $5 to remove the gel. She ended up changing me $42. They don't know how to get it off apparently. I told her next time I was in the store I would drop off some polish removal caps. (This was before she charged me $42) Since I always keep my word, I will still do it, so other peoples nails might have a chance. They used the rotary tool to get the majority off, then made me soak my hands in a flat bowl with acetone, then ground them down some more. She did that for 20 minutes. In all that time, she ground parts of my nails down and ruined my nails. I had nice, thick, pretty nails that were 1/2 in long now they are cracked, trashed and awful. I've had to file them all the way down, and It's going to take at least a year to grow them out long enough to be all one thickness again.

This is my second time coming here and I was left disappointed this time. Last time I came and I had an issue with my nails (I got matte black and the very next day the color melted off! I had to go back and get gel black). This time I called before coming like usual, and I let her know I needed a fill and pedicure. She said that she had no available times til tomorrow, but tomorrow wasn't good for me as its my birthday and I have a lot of plans. She then said if I were to arrive at that moment she can see me. So even though I had many errands to run, I went ahead. I get there and I get my pedicure done first, which I did enjoy... BUT they couldn't do the fill! Said they were busy and "thought" I only needed a pedicure. So I had to find another salon to get my fill. Mind you like I stated I am celebrating my birthday and also leaving the country so I have alot of last minute things to do. I felt like they let me come in so they can still make a profit off me, instead of letting me know it's impossible so I can go to one salon and get both things done there, saving me a lot more time. I mentioned this is my second time here only because the staff is very friendly! Exceptionally friendly and was very sweet to my daughter when I had came in with her so because of that I overlooked the issues I had. But this was just pretty unprofessional to me honestly.

It hasn't even been a week & this is how my nails look!! You can check date on the receipt! A lady was passing out cards at my job & this is the only reason I went here to support a small business & on top of that I gave the lady a $5 tip so I ended up paying 55 dollars for such a poor work I never write bad reviews but I don't think I deserve to be giving bad service just because they were in a hurry!!!

Talking to one of the customers there. I heard this nail salon has been under new ownership for a couple a months now. She said she loved the new owner and the service she provided, she showed me her nails from a month ago and they where intact only the natural growing out. This made me feel confident of my choice. I had aa Mani-Pedi. Loved the color and attention to my mani and the luxury and feel after my $45 pedi which was on sale $28 for this summer. Mimi the owner is very nice and sweet. Love the attention she provides to her customers. Definitely recommend and will be back soon.

I went for a basic gel manicure. There was no other customers and I figured it would be a nice experience. I was so wrong. The man that did my nails looked annoyed from the time I walked into the salon. I sat down and he started doing my nails and apparently my hand wasn't close enough to him so he dug his finger nail into my finger. I pulled my hand away and said why would you do that and that I was done. He then said no ill do ill do so I let him finish. When I got to the r
