I called and gave them a part number 3 times. The Asian guy told me they had the part. Echs250 Siemens hub. Drove an hour to find out they don’t have the part. Then the Asian guy acted like he never said they have the part… unbelievable. I’ll never come back to this shop even if they are the only one to have a part in 100miles.
If you call and they say they have the part you’re looking for… DONT BELIEVE THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Good prices sometimes! Nice people, poor service! They Need more people with electrical knowledge and can be understood over the phone and taking orders!! Their system is terrible! And no consideration for the customers requests!
They take your money and turn their head
Especially when they drop the ball.

Careful when you buy, make sure it shows pricing for all you items otherwise you will not be able to return. Manager trying to rip you off

Top notch customer service! We recently switched over to DDC as our main electrical supplier and it's been good for our business. These guys are very knowledgeable, very friendly, and have crazy fast and accurate service. I recently placed an order after business hours, and the next morning I got there at 7am and was literally out the door in three minutes and on my way to the job site. They get back to you with questions and quotes super fast. No more waiting around for a supplier to call me back. Big thumbs up to Andrew and crew for helping Chesley Electric succeed.
