I ordered an arrangement, balloons, a card, and extras online a couple of weeks before I needed it as it was for a celebration of life for a co-worker who recently lost her husband. I called the store closer to the date of delivery to ensure it was received. I was informed my order went to another Edible Arrangement due to the address of delivery. I called the other store the next day to ensure they did have the order. They did and not only that the same woman answered and knew exactly what I was calling about. She just so happened to be working at this store today and is the manager of three stores. Thank you Brianna for making me feel secure in knowing this would go out on time! :)

Outstanding. The delivery guy text me a picture and a confirmation that it was picked up. Unfortunately, I put the wrong address so he went out of his way. He went back to the house, got the arrangement and delivered it to the house. You do not find that kind of service anywhere anymore seems like nowadays nobody cares. This guy cares, so good show edible arrangements.

It’s Mother’s Day tomorrow so I decided I would stop in today (Saturday) at around 3:40pm. There were signs saying it’s not too late to buy something for the holiday. Went inside there was no line, I saw no employees, I walked back and forth where I could see employees and no one acknowledged me or came up. I waited a little while before someone came to the front. Then I asked if there was something I could pick up short notice. They said there was one fruit flower design that was still “good.” I was disappointed because I wanted 2 but I agreed to just buy the good one. Then decided I would buy a dozen strawberries as well as the fruit flowers. My total was like $96 for the 2 items. All the while I’m carrying my 20 month old. After since I was carrying a baby I asked for a bag or something to carry the two separate items back to my car and they said they didn’t have any or offer any help. Kinda of like oh well. Overall it was a disappointing experience and I won’t come back to this store.

Worst Edible Arrangement experience. They did not deliver on time, fruit was subpar and old, they used an Uber driver who sends texts in Chinese so you can't communicate with them. I tried to cancel my order and couldn't get a live person at the shop or the 877# . I used to love Edible Arrangements but clearly they don't take customers seriously.

So we put in an order yesterday for mothers day. It was accepted and we were charged. At 4pm they called and we were informed that our order had been canceled. They said they were only fulfilling "specific" orders and that our order, which we were already charged for, was not one of the orders they were going to fulfill. It sounded very much like they were only fulfilling the more expensive arrangements by the way the Shift Lead Vanessa spoke about our order. They also could not tell us what was different about it order or how it was different from other Mothers day orders.
Vanessa was not apologetic in the least. She also assured us that her manager, Brianna, wasn't going to help us either. We were not offered any options to try to make this situation better, and just informed us that we would get out money back in 3-5 business days.
That doesn't help me when I just spent the money I had set aside on this arrangement. So now I have to scramble to try to get a new gift for my mother in law and with less money than I started with. This is ridiculous and I will need to find a new option for Mothers Day gifts, I can imagine others well be doing the same.

They dont even deserve a star or a comment, but i wouldn't want someone going through the same issue. I was very disappointed and ordered an expensive arrangement for valentines Day for my husband, I called 3 times, and I waited almost 2 hours in one call, and the call got disconnected. I left a voicemail and never got a call back. I called the 1-877 number, and the worker was very nice. They stated they had over 500 deliveries to make and weren't able to get to them all. I know it's not the employee's fault, so i wasn't rude, but i did kindly express my frustration. EMPLOYEE STATED because they were so slammed delivery dates were automatically changed! WITHOUT notifying the customer. Thats is beyong infuriating, i paid for same day delivery. The date changed was not even the next day, which it makes me even madder. The order number did not match my name. i had to give my husbands name, and only that way, they weren't able to find the order. According to employees, they will attempt to deliver today. This is so sad, I can't imagine a company running like this on false advertisement. People trust that their loved ones will feel special on any day, but most when they are thought of and get sent a special treat. I WILL never order from them again. Will let my family and friends know that this company only cares for their money. O just hope that the order is good and the fruit isn't old or expired.We will take our businees elsewhere. A waste of $130, to be honest. I regret ordering from edible arrangement, SMH.

I ordered chocolate caramel sea salt apples for Valentines Day and they did not arrive until the next day. This was the first time Edible has ever missed a delivery day for me. It was certainly frustrating. So why the 5 star review?The owner of the store called me the next day to apologize for the missed delivery and explained to me what had happened. Apparently door dash and uber eats, basically all the delivery services went on strike ON Valentine's day!I'm actually impressed that I still got my order only one day late. I've never had an owner call me for a follow up for a business like this in my life. THAT will keep me coming back. Of course, that, and the fact the the apples are spectacular! Thank you to the owner, sorry I don't remember his name, and the delivery people that took care of me!

I originally left a 1 start rating but since my communication with the staff, specifically Brianna I would love to change my review.My fiancé scheduled a valentines delivery but it never arrived and we were extremely upset and we had a hard time getting a hold of the store. Well, this morning I called again and this time Brianna picked up and she is one of the kindest people I have ever met!! Not only did she apologize but she also upgraded my order and tried to get it delivered to me today. I decided to just go to the store to pick it up and she gave me a few more goodies.I know more of these reviews are because of missed deliveries- just so everyone is aware there was drivers strike and the edible team was not aware so it wasn't just your order that didn't make it.. there was a lot. And it ducks but it truly isn't their fault. It doesn't make what happen okay but try giving a little grace. The team is kind and they're going through a lot in that store.Of course, not receiving an order we paid for was upsetting but the team did everything in their power to make it right and I left a happy customer.Thankful for Briana and her team. They have phenomenal customer service especially in a time where everyone is angry with them... truly a team of rockstars! I will definitely be coming back. Thanks again

This location is the absolute worst to deal with. They have no problem taking your $$$ and missing your delivery date! They actually missed my delivery date twice. No matter how many times I called or what time I called, I could never reach a live person.

I placed an order for same day delivery on the morning of Valentine’s Day. I understand that it is one of, if not, the busiest days of the year. The order has yet to be delivered. I have called the store multiple times and left multiple voicemails requesting an order status and have yet to receive a response. Calling the Customer Service line is of no help either - I am unable to speak to an actual person and am routed back to the store for assistance.I understand that it is a busy time of year. However, not answering the phone, messages, and repeated requests for an update or expectation of when to expect delivery is incredibly unprofessional.

Terrible experience. I only received 1 of the items but it was late even though I paid for a special delivery. I cannot get ahold of anybody. I’ve called 5 times over 2 days and it eventually hang up on me. Don’t waist your time or money with this place.

Well there went Valentine’s.My girlfriend didn’t get anything cause they ran out of strawberries.But I was told this at 6 pm Valentine’s Day no time for plan B.Called many times during the day to ask if the update was right so I could do something else no one ever answered.Way to ruin a special day.They think a refund will fix the damage!!
