They dont even deserve a star or a comment, but i wouldn't want someone going through the same issue. I was very disappointed and ordered an expensive arrangement for valentines Day for my husband, I called 3 times, and I waited almost 2 hours in one call, and the call got disconnected. I left a voicemail and never got a call back. I called the 1-877 number, and the worker was very nice. They stated they had over 500 deliveries to make and weren't able to get to them all. I know it's not the employee's fault, so i wasn't rude, but i did kindly express my frustration. EMPLOYEE STATED because they were so slammed delivery dates were automatically changed! WITHOUT notifying the customer. Thats is beyong infuriating, i paid for same day delivery. The date changed was not even the next day, which it makes me even madder. The order number did not match my name. i had to give my husbands name, and only that way, they weren't able to find the order. According to employees, they will attempt to deliver today. This is so sad, I can't imagine a company running like this on false advertisement. People trust that their loved ones will feel special on any day, but most when they are thought of and get sent a special treat. I WILL never order from them again. Will let my family and friends know that this company only cares for their money. O just hope that the order is good and the fruit isn't old or expired.We will take our businees elsewhere. A waste of $130, to be honest. I regret ordering from edible arrangement, SMH.

I ordered chocolate caramel sea salt apples for Valentines Day and they did not arrive until the next day. This was the first time Edible has ever missed a delivery day for me. It was certainly frustrating. So why the 5 star review?The owner of the store called me the next day to apologize for the missed delivery and explained to me what had happened. Apparently door dash and uber eats, basically all the delivery services went on strike ON Valentine's day!I'm actually impressed that I still got my order only one day late. I've never had an owner call me for a follow up for a business like this in my life. THAT will keep me coming back. Of course, that, and the fact the the apples are spectacular! Thank you to the owner, sorry I don't remember his name, and the delivery people that took care of me!

I originally left a 1 start rating but since my communication with the staff, specifically Brianna I would love to change my review.My fiancé scheduled a valentines delivery but it never arrived and we were extremely upset and we had a hard time getting a hold of the store. Well, this morning I called again and this time Brianna picked up and she is one of the kindest people I have ever met!! Not only did she apologize but she also upgraded my order and tried to get it delivered to me today. I decided to just go to the store to pick it up and she gave me a few more goodies.I know more of these reviews are because of missed deliveries- just so everyone is aware there was drivers strike and the edible team was not aware so it wasn't just your order that didn't make it.. there was a lot. And it ducks but it truly isn't their fault. It doesn't make what happen okay but try giving a little grace. The team is kind and they're going through a lot in that store.Of course, not receiving an order we paid for was upsetting but the team did everything in their power to make it right and I left a happy customer.Thankful for Briana and her team. They have phenomenal customer service especially in a time where everyone is angry with them... truly a team of rockstars! I will definitely be coming back. Thanks again

This location is the absolute worst to deal with. They have no problem taking your $$$ and missing your delivery date! They actually missed my delivery date twice. No matter how many times I called or what time I called, I could never reach a live person.

I placed an order for same day delivery on the morning of Valentine’s Day. I understand that it is one of, if not, the busiest days of the year. The order has yet to be delivered. I have called the store multiple times and left multiple voicemails requesting an order status and have yet to receive a response. Calling the Customer Service line is of no help either - I am unable to speak to an actual person and am routed back to the store for assistance.I understand that it is a busy time of year. However, not answering the phone, messages, and repeated requests for an update or expectation of when to expect delivery is incredibly unprofessional.

Terrible experience. I only received 1 of the items but it was late even though I paid for a special delivery. I cannot get ahold of anybody. I’ve called 5 times over 2 days and it eventually hang up on me. Don’t waist your time or money with this place.

Well there went Valentine’s.My girlfriend didn’t get anything cause they ran out of strawberries.But I was told this at 6 pm Valentine’s Day no time for plan B.Called many times during the day to ask if the update was right so I could do something else no one ever answered.Way to ruin a special day.They think a refund will fix the damage!!

I was told that my order would be delivered by 3pm today. I spoke to the store twice daily. It is now 3:20p and it has not been delivered. The store is closed and I left a voicemail. This is the third time it has happened with this location. My house is no more than 5 minutes away from this store. Very disappointing.

Don't order from this location. I have ordered for my family in Georgia and everything was great. I ordered here for a friend's birthday and she won't be getting her order. I got a text saying they attempted the order but I doubt that because she was home all day and they never called all I got was a text after saying they attempted the order. I then had to ruin the surprise and call my friend she called and spoke with a girl who was very rude to her and told her she would take her number and contact the driver and just hung up without even saying bye. 3 hours later she never got a call I called them and asked if they would be delivering the order. I spoke with Kenedy she was nice but said they had too many orders to deliver for the rest of the day and no notes of the call my friend had with someone so my friend gets no surprise and no arrangement on her birthday and I was not offered any kind of discount on the order or anything only a sorry. Very disappointed and will definitely not order from here again.

Nothing but friendly, always fresh fruit and amazing service at this location! Vanessa is such a kind and loving worker, who prides herself to make sure every customer (like myself) always leaves happy with their order. She greeted me with such a warm welcome and was kind enough to assist me with my order and went over and beyond to make sure I left happy. The ambiance is always bubbly, and friendly! Workers are all very helpful and considerate. Everyone is so nice and welcoming ! I only come here for my chocolate covered strawberries! Thank you to Vanessa for always making my day!

You have a very special team member in Brandi! Let's be honest, the Sunday afternoon shift doesn't always attract the A-Team...but Brandi should be on your A+ Team.Besides the basic friendliness and professionalism one would hope you get at all retail establishments, she went a step farther and really ensured my satisfaction by suggesting just the right selection and most importantly noticed the dipped strawberries in the case weren't absolutely perfect (coulda fooled me), so went to the back and pulled fresh ones. Who does that!Apparently, Brandi does. Turns out she's "just" a driver. Not sure how staffing and scheduling work at your establishment, but if working the counter is a promotion, I vote to give her one. (Btw, side note. I actually almost didn't go in thinking it wasn't an Edible Arrangements. Didn't realize you'd changed your name! It was kind of a "duh"... but still, I found it odd there wasn't some homage to the old name visually so the customer could quickly make the connection).

Part 2 for Pickup. Jessica and her team were amazing this morning. I got there around 8:15am on Valentine's Day and there was no one in line. I was immediately helped by Jessica and her team. They were extremely helpful and had awesome customer service. I'd highly recommend this location as I've been coming here for years. My wife prefers an arrangement she can eat vs admire Tip: Order online or call to order your arrangements early to avoid the chaos the day of Valentine's Day. This store also opens an hour earlier than normal hours (8am vs 9am), so that usually helps beat the crowd. Good luck!
