This place is awful DO NOT RENT HERE THEY WELCOME YOU AT FIRST THEN 3-4 MONTHS LATER THEY MAIL A NOTICE INFORMING YOU OF A RENT INCREASE OF 75% WTH. THEY SAY IT'S DUE TO OCCUPANCY, DEMAND, AND CURRENT LOCAL PRICING.... I CHECKED THE HAVE THE SAME SIZE UNIT FOR 70+% LESS. I ALSO CHECKED WITH OTHER STORAGE FACILITIES AND THEY ARE LOWER BY 75% AS WELL, THE DOORS OF THE UNITS ARE FAULTY I HAVE TO USE A SCREW DRIVER TO LIFT THE DOOR SO THAT I CAN REMOVE THE LOCK. THEY POSTED A NOTE THAT THE ELEVATORS AREN'T WORKING AND TO USE THE STAIRS. YEAH OK THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT TO DO WITH A REFRIGERATOR. IDIOTS.. THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER COMPENSATION OF THIS INCONVENIENCE.... RENTER BEWARE!!!BYE FELICIA....

Update: Someone left me a voice message right after this review saying the elevators are fixed. The quick response and reply is greatly appreciated. However, It’s 11/09/25 now & it is not fixed. :/
Please, please fix your elevator.. Its been a huge inconvenience and as someone with chronic back pain, I can't grab the bigger, heavier things from my unit cause I can't lift and carry them down the stairs and to my car... It’s been about 2-3 weeks since it’s been broken down and I've been coming in every week in hopes that it would be fixed so I can grab my things.

The rent is increased regularly, and the last time I was here after receiving an increase notice the elevator was broken so I had to walk up the Three flights of stairs, ok, no biggie, but then carry a TV down the Three flights of stairs too. Good thing I wasn't there for much.

I prepaid annual cash payment in advance for four storages but I got canceled because property manager said you can only bid on one but there was no notice. I could have been on 10 if I wanted it. I already had two so she refunded my money but took my four admin fees without refunding me for over a year. I still can't get $120 of admin fees refunded to me. I've tried but no business practice on Lee swindle

Truly appreciated the customer service Ronny and Elizabeth give me every time I stop by. My Classic VW Shop closed due to a brutal divorce, starting over sucks and I’d stop at my unit quite a bit and seeing kind faces and cheerful small talk actually helps. There’s a lot of reasons people would get storage some for good reasons others not so good and it really makes a difference that their attitude is always at a 10.. I say hello, I feel up my water bottle, used restroom and get to work on selling off VW parts from my unit. FINALLY it’s all sold and felt compelled to write a review if anyone is ever interested in putting their items in storage it’s great to have kind and professional people helping you out especially if you’re going through a rough time like I was 👍. Things are finally looking up! Best of luck to you guys 🤙

Ronnie at Extra Space Storage made the rental process super quick and easy. The whole thing took only about 10 minutes and I even got a free lock for signing up online. Everything was smooth and straightforward and I highly recommend.
