This place is awful DO NOT RENT HERE THEY WELCOME YOU AT FIRST THEN 3-4 MONTHS LATER THEY MAIL A NOTICE INFORMING YOU OF A RENT INCREASE OF 75% WTH. THEY SAY IT'S DUE TO OCCUPANCY, DEMAND, AND CURRENT LOCAL PRICING.... I CHECKED THE HAVE THE SAME SIZE UNIT FOR 70+% LESS. I ALSO CHECKED WITH OTHER STORAGE FACILITIES AND THEY ARE LOWER BY 75% AS WELL, THE DOORS OF THE UNITS ARE FAULTY I HAVE TO USE A SCREW DRIVER TO LIFT THE DOOR SO THAT I CAN REMOVE THE LOCK. THEY POSTED A NOTE THAT THE ELEVATORS AREN'T WORKING AND TO USE THE STAIRS. YEAH OK THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT TO DO WITH A REFRIGERATOR. IDIOTS.. THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER COMPENSATION OF THIS INCONVENIENCE.... RENTER BEWARE!!!BYE FELICIA....

I got my unit today and Autumn was so helpful! And made me feel welcome and at ease. This is my first unit storage so I didn’t know what to expect. Autumn helped me and gave me a demo on how to use the locks. Thank you Autumn for the amazing customer service.

Introductory price is very good. To get the full advantage, you should pay for the whole year in advance.
The app is easy to use and get access through the app is a convenient tool. facility is well lit and clean. Only downside is it is usually hard to find a cart, especially on the weekends and if you don’t pay for the year in advance, the price will go up after three or six months

Was looking for a storage unit to hold a majority of my stuff while I was in the process of relocating. Contacted Extra Space Storage and had the pleasure of talking to Autumn. They helped me determine what size unit would suit me best, and explained the pricing breakdown to me perfectly. Upon arrival the staff were super friendly, Autumn guided me to my unit, the facility was clean, and the storage units were in great shape.
Super glad I chose this company, and very grateful for the wonderful staff I got to experience. A+ company.

Very impressed with this facility and how spotless it was, the customer service was awesome, and just such a relief during a pretty stressful time for me. I made my reservation online and received a phone call within minutes giving me details as to the next steps (coming in and bringing my photo ID, obtaining keys, office hours). I cruised in two days later and was quickly setup and unloading my keepsakes into a pristine unit. This whole experience has been incredibly fast and simple, super satisfied overall, highly recommend getting a unit here.

How do you write a glowing report on a storage unit? If you could this would be it people are great. Service was great the ability to open the Gate with an app and get to my unit and not have a bunch of strange tenants hanging around… This is the place. This is a great place.
