My son died a year ago on Thanksgiving day. We have been receiving bills in his name for over a year. We have tried numerous times to contact them, and no one is in the office, and their mailbox is full. We have returned bills to them only to have them returned to us as undeliverable. We have sent them a copy of his death certificate to have the same thing happen. Even returning in their own billing envelopes with the address on them. We are now taking them to the post office to see if there is anything they can do about this. Our son was an adult, and we are not responsible for his bills, and he had no estate. This has got to stop!

I am seriously going to post the same thing as the previous reviewer. I too have been receiving bogus billing statements from this company since March totally over $400.00 for drug testing that supposedly occurred in 2016. I too have called for months; however, the mailbox is always full and unable to receive messages regardless of which option you choose (billing, accounts payable, human resources, front desk, etc). The charges on these statements I am receiving are NOT my charges! Fake company? Fake charges!

I have been receiving bogus billing statements from this company since March totally over $13,000. I have called for months and have left messages once or twice because usually regardless of which option you choose (billing, accounts payable, human resources, front desk, etc) a recording will say the mailbox for this person is full. The charges on these statements I am receiving are NOT my charges! Fake company? Fake charges!

I only worked for the company for a short period of time. The company is extremely disorganized, dishonest, and convoluted. I wouldn't work for them and I would not use them as a laboratory (as a healthcare provider). I'm still owed ~$8000 and am pursuing legal counsel. Run for the hills with this one. Not worth the stress and trouble.
