After speaking with WNC I had definitely had to update this review. I just want to say the professionalism and understanding they showed after speaking with them is top notch. They definitely took care of my concerns and made me feel valued as a loyal customer and I’m happy to say they definitely did not lose my business and I’ll continue to shop and support WNC!
I’ve been going to WNC for years because they have the best supplements and pricing. This review is strictly on the customer service ( or lack of) I recently experienced. I came in to get a few things and they had just got their shipment in. I told the guy I didn’t mind waiting and he told me it would be over an hour and he could call me when it was ready. I informed him that this has happened in the past and he said the same thing and I never received a phone call. Instead of apologizing of trying to make any effort in assisting me he said “Well it’s going to be the same thing.” If that’s the case he clearly has no intention of calling me. I’ve been loyal to this location, but since the staffing here has changed it just has not been the same.”
“Brandon at Nutrishop is the real deal. Super welcoming from day one and actually takes the time to understand your goals and dial in the right supplement stack, not just upsell you on everything in the store.
Since January I’ve been on a serious health kick and the results have been solid. Lost a ton of weight, completely changed my body composition, and even placed 3rd in one of his in-store competitions which came with a great gift card and more importantly confirmed I’m on the right track. If you’re serious about your health go see Brandon. I don’t think he even realizes how big a role he’s played in this.”

“Such a fun, half grocer, half dining shop with all these fermented, natural products! I have yet to eat a full meal here but ordered the fermented bread by recommendation of the register — at first, I found it bland but after more chew, the kefir blueberry flavor really came through! They also sell products I struggle to find elsewhere, such as Meet The Source’s raw cakes, Monty’s cashew cream cheese, and Nemi snacks’ cactus sticks. I will definitely be back to try more of their sweet treats and browse for healthy snacks!”

Only because of the produce but because of the customer service. It can be overwhelming and sometimes embarrassing when using public assistance during these difficult times but the employees at this store have always been so pleasant and so kind and friendly. They always keep me informed about the milk program and fresh produce incentive. This store has truly been a blessing to me and my family and I just want to say thank you to the entire staff for always being so kind! You are all so wonderful and I will continue to shop here even though my little one is aging out of the program soon”

“This is my favorite place to get water in the whole world except for Mount Shasta direct out of a spring. The Amore water is alkalinize and energized, and it feels like drinking freshwater from the source. This water has been remarkable for my health, vitality, happiness, and it seems to have really helped my arthritis.
The staff is friendly and it’s a beautiful community very high vibe.”

“My to go market I love coming here not only the food is amazing but the team is outstanding. Highly recommend the roast chicken, the new sushi bowl specially the tune one. Great variety of cookies and dessert, They also have a great selection of ready to go lunches for adults and kid. I do hope sprouts provides private protection for the team as I have seen and on my resent visit a homeless guy getting violent with the team. Not only the customer need to feel safe but the employees too. Overall a Amazing store to have in the neighborhood.”

“Came in here randomly on an evening. I’ve been feeling down because my cat has cancer. She’s my best friend and I came to buy tuna for her (her favorite tuna is sold at Sprouts) and my go-to pistachio muffins from Sprouts as a treat for myself. I got the tuna, muffins, and went to check out. The head cashier Lee smiled at me and asked me how I was doing today. I know it’s a seemingly small gesture, but I started tearing up a little and a grin appeared on my face. I told her the truth, that my cat is dying. Lee genuinely empathized with me and gave me sincere, kind words of advice. I went home and gave my cat the tuna. She purred. I ate my Sprouts pistachio muffins and everything was right in the world at that moment. Thank you Lee and Sprouts Huntington Beach team for brightening a dark day for me! :)”

First time there to pick up my Wish shipment. They were closed during hours of posted "Open" hours due to something being down. I am a Senior and am handicapped and walk with a cane, and sometimes use a rolling walker. Glad I did not have to use the walker as there are three narrow stairs to get into the building. So folks no wheelchair access. I found it dangerous with using my cane also, as there are NO HANDRAILS either. I found it very scarey getting to the door at the narrow landing just to find the note amongst the many (they live in overkill fear as I stood at a collage of signs of ⚠️ about not wearing a mask), my eyes finally found the reason the lights were off during open hours. The fear in me was not about wearing a mask, but if I was going to safely get down those narrow steps without losing my balance and falling face first to the bottom. More than like breaking my back due to osteoporosis. That is and always will be my second greatest fear in life. I was shaky.but made it going slowly. I guess after my pending shipments all arrive from Wish, I am going to spend more on the postage having future deliveries come directly to me . I dread going back and deal with stairs.
The place looks run down and questionable with no windows in the front. It needs to be painted. The sign which looks nothing like the picture you see on this app are not the same. The ugly blue building on the otherside with a white wall is about the best landmark as not only is the sign broken out. It in inset quite a bit. Will return to update this once I make it imside, God willing ?.
The owners had been in the process of moving to a new and 100% better location and easy access. So, I have changed my Stars to 5, as they were super in customer service and the new store is huge in comparison. Check their new location and large inventory out!”

“One of my go to spots to get the needed workout supplements. The store has a limited amount of it's, but still has whatever you are looking for. Clean interior, parking is a little rough but still manageable. Prices are decent. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend this spot if you need any supplements or accessories like a tumbler cup that can mix the supplements in whatever you drink- water, coconut water, milk, etc.”
