I picked up several plants, including some colorful flowering plants and succulents, and they had a good selection at fair prices. Upon arrival, I observed that the store had a single patio chair and one table that were already assembled, along with another table still in its original packaging. I inquired about the possibility of purchasing only the assembled chair and table. My request was granted after the employee consulted with someone else. I found that Jose provided excellent assistance during my visit, a stark contrast to the service I had previously received at the Norwalk location. I want to personally thank you for over delivering on customer service. My husband does extensive research before purchasing anything. After completing his research, he chose Home Depot to purchase a weed eater, only to be told that the model he wanted was out of stock.
After speaking with Melissa for a few minutes, my husband walked away, assuming that was the end of it. Moments later, Melissa came running to let him know she had found exactly what he was looking for in the back, a Ryobi 40 Volt weed eater that came with a battery and charger for the same price I would have paid for one from eBay and the swap meet at Orange Coast College. I'm glad I bought it from Home Depot because it comes with a 3 year warranty.
Sometimes, the small things that mean the most to customers go unnoticed. I want you to know that your service was truly meaningful to my husband. Those extra efforts, going out of your way without being asked, make a lasting impact.

“I rode my bike there to return a small item. I was riding all over trying to find the bike rack. I couldn't find one. So I had to lock it up on a parking sign. Anyway, I walked and found customer service right away, turned the item, and left. I was in and out of there in less than five minutes.

“Toilet handle broke on a weekend. Couldn't wait dor Monday. Took the broken handle to Home Depot in Westminster and told an employee that I have absolutely no idea what I am doing. He was very nice, explaining what needs to be done. He even allowed me to videotape him assembling the various parts. I went home, watched the video, and followed instructions. I ended up with a working toilet handle again! Saved myself a lot of aggravation and money.”
“Emily was amazing and went above and beyond to help me! I was walking around Home Depot trying to find rope to tie plywood to the top of my car, but it was all gone. Emily not only helped me look for it, but went and grabbed a new one for me and even helped me tie the plywood securely to my car. “Home Depot: You can always find the kinds of things you need for building different projects at home Depot. I went there to buy a piece of insulation 4x8 sheet that I thought I could get cut on the sores there but they don't cut insulation there. The guy told me I could take it home and cut it with a exacto knife but I couldn't get it into my car. It was too big that way so he got down off his forklift even though he was doing something else and cut my thing in the in a different ways. I needed it to the different sizes that I needed the best service I've ever had.”
