This review is long overdue, but I highly recommend HOP & Christian to anyone looking to get stronger or just simply looking to get more fit and active. I've been coming to HOP and training with Christian for about 1+ month now and beyond happy with the progress I've made. My main goal this year was to get into deadlifting and there is no better gym for that than HOP with tons of free weights and knowledgeable coaches. I went from not being able to properly do RDLs without my back feeling like it was going to snap, to being able to deadlift close to my body weight and walking away unscathed! I know warehouse gyms are not for everyone but I highly recommend to give HOP a try, they even have a free day pass and the staff are beyond friendly and helpful! *wink wink* Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk today!

I came in for a day pass since I'm in the area for a day and it didn't disappoint! Friendly staff, lots of unique equipment for strongman and powerlifting. Give them a try if you're looking for a more serious gym experience.

Great place to come train! The place is huge and has all the equipment you would ever need! I met with Christian to sign up for a free trial week of open gym. He was very nice and showed me around the place. You have 24/7 access with open gym which is great for me as a first responder with an odd work schedule. I'll definitely be signing up for a membership!

Best gym in the LA/OC area. Been coming to HOP for years. After many failed attempts of different gyms in the area, glad to have found a place where egos are checked at the door. Rare to find one like this.

This is a classic warehouse gym, lots of squat racks, free weights, and machines. If you want to get into shape this is where you need to be. They specialize in training athletes of all types but still paying attention to the average person. Their clients range from young athletes to grandparents. The best part is the staff. If you don't know what to do they will write you a personal program. One on one training is available if needed or staff is available when you have questions about a movement while you follow programming. Lastly follow their IG page.

HOP is an amazing place. The trainers are really friendly people who are very technical when it comes to putting together a targeted workout plan. Nyck has a laser eye when it comes to pinpointing muscles that are either misfiring or imbalanced. My son is a high school pitcher and I brought him here to get stronger so he can throw harder. 1.5 months in my sons VLO it's up a few mph on the same amount of exertion. I'm really happy with this place and would recommend to anyone looking for a solid team to help them get to their strength goals.
